You've pretty much found it. OH is so quiet these days, it's best to hang on the one or two with daily traffic.

If you are on Facebook, Bariatric Girl, was 19 years out, a few days ago. She has MANY great articles about regain/reloss (including one or two, of my own)

I'll be 18 years out, later on this month...I am a self-claimed expert of regain/reloss/regain/reloss...Finally pretty much "got it"...NOT NOT NOT always...SUPPORT IS THE KEY

Hoping you find what you're looking for! I am 12 years out of surgery and had regained, post-bariatric pregnancy, lost regain, gained it back and am about 10 pounds from my goal again. any forum is going to have someone help with questions, I've found!
