Mornin' All!

boy am I feeling stressed this morning. At least, I think that's what this is. I'm just generally feeling unsettled and have this sense of dread that I can't shake. Haven't felt this way since this all began. I'll go out for a walk when it warms up a little (it's still in the 30s). The sun is out, so maybe that plus some movement will cheer me up a bit. I need to do weights sometime today, too. I'll do them sometime this morning since there's always a risk of losing my motivation if I wait 'til late in the day. I just want life to be back to normal!

QOTD: the people at the reception desk at my gym and the people in Zumba class - and our crazy instructor. And the people at the yoga studio. I also miss my friend Joy. I used to see her at least a couple times a week, if even for a walk. And I miss my Mah Jong group (Joy is among that group, too). I also miss going to the library.

Accountability was great yesterday. Today was my official weigh day, and my weight is still below 160. Yay! Now...as long as it keeps moving down...(I want to get back down to 150 eventually...)

TSS: 4 y 9 m

B: Coconut Greek yogurt with 1/2 diced mango, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake (might move this to this afternoon given I haven't even eaten breakfast yet (other than coffee), and it's already 9:18)

L: 1/2 Beyond Burger with 1/2 "sandwich skinny", lettuce, and light thousand island. A cup of asparagus.

AS: protein pumpkin pie or a "bagel skinny" with cream cheese & a L&F yogurt

D: a cup of chicken salad (made with plain Greek yogurt)

QOTD: missed 2 cancer follow up appts, always love seeing new pics of my surgeons new baby and harassing the office girls!!

L: 1c veggie soup

D: 3oz beef bulgogi lettuce wraps with 2/3c pickled radish

Good morning, happy Wednesday!

QOTD - good question! I don't really interact with many strangers daily, I work in same office, same people, so...not sure? I don't even do coffee places or food places in the morning, I just go straight to work. I may have to sit this one out.

Breakfast - none, fasting. I need more coffee tho

Lunch - Nothing planned, maybe a toast pizza? Bread, toasted, marinara, vegan Chao cheese slice under broiler, with some veggies.

Snack - fruit smoothie

Dinner - Fried tofu with mole sauce, rice and beans
