What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Morning! I spent yesterday studying for a certification exam that I took last night (and passed). It was my first certification that I did with online proctoring and it was a weird experience. I had to do a biometrics profile and had to have an external webcam pointed at me so they could see my "full head, hands, and full torso" at all times. Also, at some point mid-test a thing popped up and asked me to remove my glasses and flash them straight on to the camera.
QOTD: I like this question. The first thing that comes to mind is the baristas at my local coffee shop who always knew my order and my first name. Also, I feel this way about a lot of my neighbors. I have done no more than introduce myself once to them, but we wave as we pass by each other on the sidewalk or when we drive by.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x2
- English Muffin, Egg, Cheese
- Turkey, Cheese, Avocado
- Pork Chop - we have run out of fresh veggies so I'll move on to frozen. Trying to get us until the weekend before we shop again.

That's pretty cool about the online proctoring. Teachers are required to pass a series of tests before they are licensed and we are really struggling right now because the test have been postponed indefinitely. We can get waivers for (most) unlicensed teachers but it is a total PITA. I've been hoping they will figure out a way to proctor virtually.

ohhhh I'm in that same snack boat - and its not hunger---- if only I could conquer my head I would be invincible!!
and its always comfort foods- dark chocolate, peanuts, etc
QOTD: Panera staff, starbucks people, the racetrac gas people
food plan for today- no comfort foods - I want to be uncomfortable!!!!
I am living off memes.
Food a hot mess yesterday. Not really horrible but I have just been out of routine and that just throws things off. I also think it was the FaceTime call with India that lasted past midnight and not falling asleep until almost 2am just threw my whole day off.
so made sure I got to bed at a decent hour last night and woke up at 5:45 and got up. Thought about an early morning walk but weather channel app said it was 28 degrees. No. Just no.
QOTD: For me I have customers who come in the store. There is the cardiologist who comes in and buys 4 cases of our RTD vanilla lean shake for her and her neurologist husband. She is very funny and sweet. The kid who works at Lowe's- which is still open, and sometimes I think he comes in just to talk to me.
Also my Target Starbucks baristas... my absolute favorite and they make the best coffees.
- Casein protein hot chocolate// Greek yogurt, banana, oatmeal
- eggs, low carb bread, veggie
- cottage cheese, salad
- flounder, veg
- S: protein
Ex: today is one of my more significant workout days. Sticking M-W-F. Other days stretching and moving. Yesterday I was practicing random sets of 10 pushups.

I haven't worked in retail since I was a teen, but I remember lots of regulars who stop by for the conversation, as much as what you are selling! It must be so strange to go from having that all day, to not at all!

Carrie Anne Moss as trinity always a goal! did you know the Matrix turned 21 yesterday? Netflix twitter has a great thread on all its influence on movies since then. I learned the director on all the john wick movies was Keanu's stunt double for the matrix movies.
Qotd - I miss my librarians.
accountability yesterday was crap, all good foods but too many of them. It felt like every time I stood up I was hungry.
i got in my early morning walk today and I'll try to do a yoga class tonight, I have two virtual happy hours so that might help with my brain as well!! Otherwise, a long day of meetings.
menu today
