Meeting for the first time using technology....crazy times.

Yeah, I am no longer drowning and back on some of my other projects that had been placed on hold. My team has been great and most of them are "self-managing" for the time being but hopefully I can get back to my normal 1:1 meeting schedules with them next week.

Good morning JB and Menuers,

It is Tuesday for this essential and I did have a good Monday. I was able to get some masks and hand sanitizers out to some of my Home health and nursing facilities yesterday but that was short lived by 10:00 AM they were gone. Sad to say we have no idea when the next shipment will come in but at least I got a few out.

I am glad to see the tread getting longer since people have a little more time to stop by and say hello. Just in case your just looking in I want you to know you are missed and those who been popping up it's great to know you are well.

QOTD: I would have to say some type of fish. I am thinking whale, shark, or dolphin. I love the water so that would be great maybe more of some whale that doesn't eat fish cause I'm not a big fish person and probably not a shark cause I could never eat those cute little seals and penguins.

Accountability: Sucked. I did not exercise cause it was in the 40's to cold for me. I also grazed dinner last night. I ate jerky peanuts and a keto cookie along with chicken salad grain free tortilla chips

TSS: 2 years 3 Month 20 days 136.4 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oiko salted caramel greek yogurt and Elevation caramel nut Bar.

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato

L: chicken Parmesan salad , Aldi snack selects, spicy Mary beef jerky

D: Stuffed burger with pickles gouda and bacon, and steamed carrots.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: I will get in a walk weather permitting.

Everybody have a Great Day and wash your hands.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

Thank you so much. I know I just sell medical supplies and never realized how important it is to society. But deciding who to call first when we get in PPE's has been a struggle. I really had a hard time sleeping last night just wishing I could have helped more of the Front line esscentials.

Thanks for the laugh JB.

QOTD- A humpback whale, they spend summers in Alaska and winters in Hawaii what's not to like...They do eat krill tiny shrimp like creatures and that diet might get a bit boring but the rest would be fun.

Went to the Credit Union yesterday. I got there at 8:55AM and was 3rd in line. It didn't take long though and the line behind me was about 6 cars when I left.

It was too rainy and cold for a walk yesterday so I binged more Netflix, I've got a list of new stuff from a friend so at least I'll have something to do. I'll also check out Tiger King since everyone is talking about it.

Have a great day everyone!

I need to get back on my normal sleep schedule. Last night was icing on cake. Ha. Food.
Zoom Birthday Party for my grandson's 7th birthday but with the time difference with India started at 10:30 ended about 12:15am, veg on couch. PB sandwich 1am, bed, fell asleep maybe 1:45am. Almost 11am, and am do not even have day pajamas on yet.

Accountability: with schedule being off. I am not eating enough early in day and then am eating things like a PB sandwich at night.

  • Tea and healthy-ish Ryan Reynolds Blondie. Whatever. Airport rules.
  • casein protein hot chocolate
  • chicken salad w/Thai slaw and maybe low carb bread or street tacos
  • salad and cottage cheese
  • Dinner TBD
  • Snacks: protein, veggies

ex: yes. TBD. Did a short run in the neighborhood yesterday and was actually happy with my time. Mind you, run/walk and I am slow. But not as slow.

Mornin' All!

We have to take one of the cats to the vet this morning for x-rays. He's been really picking at his food lately. The meds we've been giving him the last few days have helped increase his appetite, but I think it's just the medicine that's doing it. We need to figure out what the underlying problem is (not sure I want to know - but we need to know). Otherwise, nothing on the agenda (as usual lately...). I do need to do weights today, though - and if the weather is OK, I'll take another long walk. That's been pretty much the extent of my exercising lately. But at least I"m doing something almost every day.

accountability was great yesterday. My weight has been pretty constantly around 158 these last two or three weeks, so the things I've been doing seem to be working - it's just taking forever. But 1-2 lbs a month is probably the best I can hope for without drastically reducing my calories to something that's going to be hard to sustain. I want to get down to 150 again, so that'll be this summer or fall. I guess I can live with that...

QOTD: some kind of bird or fish - as in something that humans wouldn't be as likely to bother! Although there's something to be said for modern medicine and treating sickness and pain. So a pet (dog or cat) would be OK - as long as it was with a loving family (and too many of them don't have that, unfortunately...)

4 years 9 months out:

B: chaffles with plain Greek yogurt and blueberry compote, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake (may switch this to this afternoon since I had a late breakfast again)

L: chicken tacos (geez - I just made an Instant Pot full of filling yesterday afternoon (1.5 lbs of chicken), and there's probably only enough left for two small tacos (maybe 3 oz?). I didn't have any yesterday - so DH obviously pigged out. Sheesh!!!)

AS: protein pumpkin pie - or maybe an Aldi's "bagel skinny" with cream cheese & a L&F yogurt

D: 1/2 a Beyond Burger on 1/2 a "sandwich skinny" bun with lettuce and light thousand island

have a great day, everyone!

Good late Tuesday morning.

phew...they placed Amarillo on the red alert of the color scale. There is a stay at home order but guess who HAD to go pick up a prescription? We did find toilet paper though. They are saying two weeks at least but it'll probably be 30 days.

my nieces 9th birthday is Thursday. I feel so bad for her, kids don't really get the whole why thing. She knows most of what's going on but is still really sad she can't have a mini b-day at school or a family party for a long while.

my eating has been a little off the handle this morning but still ok. Most of you will be able to tell what was unplanned...already. Ugh. I've got three pounds until I've lost what I gained on the lyrica. Then about 15 pounds after that to get to my lowest and to continue on my path. I feel stronger mentally but also...weird. It's hard to explain. Anxiety has been really high along with the pain. I'm sure now that the alert is red now my surgery is sure to be canceled and I'm ok with that. I don't want to wait but I also know if it's canceled it's for a reason! Better to be safe. In the end we'll see what happens.

I created a new pendant over the past few days. People want a tutorial but I'm not likely to do so. Then I'd be even more stressed.

qotd...my favorite critters is an octopus and bison. I'd like either!

b:oatmeal with crustless pumpkin pie and coffee creamer

s:Pringle's and a rice cake(ugh)

l:ultra thin pizza crust with 2 tbs pizza sauce, skim mozzarella, roasted pepper and maybe a slice up piece of lunch meat

s:l&f yogurt with bran buds

d:???
