Happy "day" everyone! I hope you all had a nice first day of the week. I was incredibly busy--I spend the day on Zoom calls from 7:30 - 4 with just a few non-video breaks. Today... none! I can finally get some work done, and I am totally going to spend my day in PJs, because I can!

The most exiting thing to happen in 2 weeks happened yesterday, though! I ordered 2 new pairs of glasses from Zenni Optical and they came! Each came out to about $60 with my progressive prescription. I love them both a lot and I was incredibly impressed that the prescription is perfect. I tried one of the pairs out on my video calls and they were a big hit. I will take pics and post on Photo Friday :)

Accountability: Waaaay better than I was over the weekend, but still a ways to go before I can call it "perfect". I did my time on the stationary bike, which was good, but I wish the weather would clear up so I could get outside. Its been rainy and raw in the low 40s. I need sunshine!

QOTD: If you woke up as an animal, which animal would you want to be? I have always thought it would be pretty great to be a house cat. Naps, snuggles, and sunbeams. But being a Canada goose would be fun, too--hanging out with friends, traveling south for winter, honking at slow people, and the ability to fly!

Hope your DD has a safe/non-drama flight, with no long delays...and less-than-usual idiots

You ABSOLUTELY earned your ritas!

I haven't done a virtual WW Studio, and haven't looked into how it even works, yet. Guess I need to read my email, since tomorrow is a new month!

Good morning all! Between having weird dreams and my cat waking me at all hours of the night....I feel like I could definitely use some more sleep. Unfortunately it's time to start work. I'm thinking going to bed extra early tonight might be the plan.

QOTD: hmmm....that's a tough one. I've never really thought about it. Maybe a cat, but then I can't imagine licking myself to bathe....yuck! A dolphin might be fun as I do love to swim and I think living in the water would be nice.

B: premier shake

B2: coffee w/Splenda

S: L&F yogurt w/banana

L: salad

D: salmon and veggies

A have never had a person say they did NOT like dolphins, or that they are allergic, to dolphins. Good choice!

I'm sorry for your bad news and hope you are ok; good job not eating your feelings -- it's a hard thing right now in general and with bad news on top of it, good for your for getting through.

Sorry about the work bad news. I hope things get better.
Your animal choice made me laugh; head butt and scream. That's like any toddler but I had never thought of it.
