I have to portion out the cereal when I open it (little Tupperware containers for each day) so I don't over eat it.

Ugh cereal! I feel ya there. I found myself binging on a box of regular Cheerios several weeks ago because that was the only snack food I had in the house. And I don't even like Cheerios. I now no longer buy cereal of any kind.

Morning! We had a pretty normal weekend too. On Saturday it was nearly 90 degrees so Jon and I took the topless Jeep to work for me to grab my webcam, he had to stop by the auto parts store, and then we got a few groceries which should last us for this week. I also got the fridge scrubbed and our grates from our gas stove cleaned (which someone gave me the tip you can wash those on the heavy cycle in the dishwasher). Oh, and I made soft pretzels yesterday! They were delicious. Today starts real home school for Kid #2, so we'll see how that goes. I think she'll be pretty motivated today but we'll see about going forward.

QOTD: I am wearing work out pants today. I wore shorts all weekend. I find that being in work out clothes makes the potential for a walk on lunch break a lot easier.

  • English Muffin, Egg, Cheese
  • Turkey, Cheese, Avocado
  • Our selection includes pork chops, salmon, and sausage - so we'll pick one and do broccoli.

Jeans? Oh no. Strictly leggings here. I have my fancy bootcut yoga pants on today because the regulars are being washed.

Agenda for the day: exercise, At least 1-2 hours of decluttering and first episode of Tiger King.

Did food shopping yesterday. Of course forgot one essential item, half and half. I am not totally out, so I will wait. It was sobering to think - well that's it your trip into public for the week. Read 2 sobering articles this AM - one about the cruise ships trying to get through Panama Canal with Covid19 on board. Second on the outbreak in Seattle clustered from a choir meeting. Even though they did all the right things and no one appeared sick, 45 sick, several passed away. This is no joke.

  • S: protein, pumpkin protein bread, tbd

Ex: have a plan. Shooting for M-W-F for doing a more extensive workout.

I hear ya about food shopping - I go about twice a week (second time just to pick up a couple of items we happen to run out of - like milk or eggs), and it's a huge treat now to go (I used to hate it!!)
