I love Nutzo!! I spotted a Kirkland mixed nut butter at Costco a couple of weeks ago and bought it - I liked that one as well, and it was quite a *****eaper. I haven't seen it there since then, though...

Mornin' All!

well I don't know what's on the agenda for today. I'd planned to go through my dad's family history boxes yesterday to start organizing them, but I never got around to it. Except for the ten minutes we took to move the porch furniture back out to the porch (figured it wouldn't get super cold again), I pretty much just internetted all day. And I made a grocery run (I look so forward now to my bi-weekly grocery store runs. Who would have known??). I guess I should think of something productive to do today...

my weight has been down the last three days, so I think this is more-or-less permanent (or permanent as long as I don't increase my eating again). YAY! Kind of amazing given what's going on. I'm not really a stress eater, but I'm definitely a bored eater. And I have been bored!! It's supposed to be 55 degrees F today, so I'll get out and walk at some point. That helps.

QOTD:

T toilet paper

R radio (I have NPR/BBC on pretty much 24/7 - yes, even while I"m sleeping...)

I ice for my blended Fit Frappes

S strawberries! (I swear I've been buying four boxes a week lately!)

H ho****er (or heat) (wow - not too many H words!)

4 years 9 months out:

B: protein oatmeal topped with pumpkin yogurt, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake

L: salad with diced chicken and light dressing (I HAVE to have this today - I keep writing this down and haven't had it in days!!)

AS: L&F yogurt with raspberries and/or protein pumpkin pie

D: two chicken tacos

have a great day, everyone!
