Good morning and happy Friday all! My digital food scale has stopped working. Ugh. Hoping it just needs some new batteries. Gotta get it working again so I can get back into the habit of weighing everything I put into my mouth! I am determined to get the rest of this weight off!

Good morning, everybody!

Today I have my first virtual ****tail party on Zoom. Marilyn had one with her tennis friends yesterday, and it seemed to go well once the initial kinks with the software were worked out. I am trying to figure out whether a couple can fit on one camera or whether we need to have two devices out at the same time (and/or two bottles of wine).

Are people dressing for these parties? I am going to at least shower and put on jeans and a dress shirt.

Each day, we have an uncomfortable period where Marilyn tries to figure out what she is going to do for the day. The boys sleep all day (literally) and I do need to do some work, so without tennis, finding something for her to do is becoming a challenge. Yesterday she cleaned out the china cabinet and polished the silver. Wednesday, she cleaned all of the ceiling fans (they look great now).

This weekend, maybe she can help me build my plyo box.

Good morning menu friends! Our 3 week work trip is officially over but we are staying on to finish some work and put in more new windows for the camp. It's a beautiful place and we have less people contact here than we would at home. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120. QOTD good one JB

Miss Lily and I will get our lunch walk in and a nice long walk after work. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c loaded baked potato soup D 4 oz chicken fajita. I will stay away from the snacks too. G'morning all!

Those ducks! So precious! Grim looks good too!

We watched this documentary last night called Unstoppable on Netflix. It's about Bethany Hamilton, but not so much about the shark attack. It's mostly about after that. I know there was a movie called soul surfer about 8-9 yrs ago, but this is a new documentary. What impressed me most was her workout routine. Watching what she was doing made me feel embarrassed of being such a wimp and whine if I'm sore. Highly recommend it, plus you see beautiful ocean and waves.
