She says that she is thriving. But we are worried. Also, we haven't met her BF's parents (we were supposed to at graduation) and Marilyn hasn't met her BF, either.

I'm FB friends with Mike. Yes - his son did get home from Germany. Whew! (although Germany is having a lot better luck with this pandemic than we are at the moment...)

Good Morning! It's Friday-Eve. JB- I hope today isn't too bad for you. I wasn't on the phone as much yesterday so I was able to do more base touches with my team, which was good.

Accountability: I added cashews.

QOTD: Honestly with the work load last week I didn't really have it in me. Once I was done with my work day I was just too tired. I did FaceTime my sister and we talked for over an hour on Sunday. I hope to be able to reach out as things settle a bit.

TSS: 5 years 7 months

B: SF latte, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Buddig turkey in low carb wrap and light and fit yogurt

D: Turkey burger with SF BBQ sauce on cloud bread bun , green beans, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: low carb pita with SF jelly and cream cheese, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: 8 mile run and 40 mins elliptical

V/W: On track

Your Meme reminds me of a Tea towel I have that says I cleaned out my Refrigerator and everything was delicious.

I am back in the office today and our system is down right now I am hoping it is up and running soon. could make for a long day if not.

QOTD: Nope this is the only form of social media I do. My best friend lives in Long Beach California and we stay in touch all the time so no need to bump up the contact there. My family is all close so I see everyone often when not quarantined.

Accountability: Perfect!! I have now figured out how to maximize my neighborhood walk to be able to get in 10,000 steps so hopefully now I got a routine, weather permitting, I will start getting faster. Thanks to Madison Rose *****minded me the rules to get this weight off.

TSS: 2 years 3 Month 14 days 136 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oiko cinnamon greek yogurt and Elevation Cranberry Almond Bar.

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato

L: Chili cups Aldi single serve humus and celery

D: French onion meatloaf and carrots.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: It is supposed to be 70 I will get in a walk.
