What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

The last pounds are brutal because you're mentally ready to be in maintenance, but in actuality, your body weight is lower and you have to restrict even more. I think in order to get the last pounds off you have to get military about it. I did it the first time, and now I am having a terrible time doing it the second time...
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
Ugh yes, I am so ready to be in maintenance! I think starting next week I'm gonna get real strict and go back to the basics and weigh every little thing I put into my mouth! I know I should have never stopped doing that, but I slacked off on it. However, now that it's getting harder I think that is going to be the only way for me to keep losing and not gain.
At least it should make you feel better knowing that if you did it once you can definitely do it again! I am confident that you will get there! It's so inspiring seeing how far you and all the other vets on here have come and the amazing progress you guys have made. Definitely gives me hope! Thanks for the advice!

Morning everyone!! Glad you are feeling better!
i had to color my own hair yesterday, it came out pretty good. I used color from esalon and their whole set up seemed intimidating but worked well. First hair coloring kit I've ever tried that admitted you are going to make a mess so just get in the shower first.
I'm up to two friends with Covid -- one tested positive (she was tested because of her underlying conditions) and one was just told sounds like it, but your not high risk so just get to the hospital if you have trouble breathing. On our country call last night they outright said they won't test anyone who is normal healthy so if you feel like you have it, act as if you do and save the medical resources for everyone else. Sounds like the stay home order for our tri county area is coming later today so hopefully that will help!
qotd - my coworker overdid the perfume today, I can smell it all the way across the room! (My coworker is a pot of hydrangeas).
i don't have a menu plan for today, I'm only one cup of coffee in and I'm getting ready to head out for a walk since today is my only day without a 5 or 6 am meeting! Yay!
have a great Wednesday everyone!!

So sorry about your friends! Boston had almost 700 new cases today so its just a matter of time before I have a personal connection, I imagine.

Oh, if anyone has been wanting to watch the new CBS all access show, Picard, they are letting you do a free month with the promo code GIFT. (According to Sir Patrick Stewart's Twitter at least!). I will be checking that out this weekend I think!

I am not a Trekkie, but I live with one... He has to explain 99% of what is happening in Picard to me, but I like it more than I like any of the other Star Trek series.

Good morning menu friends! Supposed to be a nice weather day here near Hot Springs, Arkansas and I get to spend it painting inside a tiny little cottage. Miss Lily and I will enjoy nice walks though at lunch and after work. QOTD my coworker Miss Lily is still sleeping like the diva she is cuddled up to my hubby. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.4 today. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c cheesy potato soup D 4 oz hot dog-yuck but the team is having a cookout. Have a great day full of smart and conscious choices everyone! Time for coffee!
