Good morning! JB- I'm sorry your day sucked yesterday. Mine was a tad better with a little less time on calls. I was not the most patient with one of my employees who was having technical difficulties. I'll be brief and say when I was viewing her screen and talking with her on the phone and she was repeatedly going to the right when I'd say left and clicking before I would tell her so we kept having to step back and start over.
Accountability: I had peanut butter crackers when I woke up with a bad leg cramp and had to get up and take meds for that.
QOTD: I'll answer this one and then try to reply to all the others later since I have to get on a call in a few. Escalators and for mine jelly beans or hairspray
