Morning! I have to go get my car inspected this morning because the state of NC says I'm still beholden to that even though we're social distancing. The place I'm going has started curbside pick up, so at least I won't need to go into the building. But, it's cold and wet, so I'm hoping they don't take long! I'm going to take some Clorox wipes to wipe down the touch points in the car after. I feel so ridiculous doing this, but I know it's best. I had a total bust grocery trip yesterday too. All I wanted was a salad and I couldn't get anything but shredded iceburg lettuce. I may end up doing take out tomorrow or the next day to get a nice salad!

QOTD: Diet Coke for life! Mine will be: Internet Explorer or Steak Knives?

My Food:

  • Coffee w/ Cream x2
  • Sweet Potato and Egg
  • Turkey, Cheese, Pickles
  • TBD, last night I made homemade Mac & Cheese and the family will have that since it has ham in it. But, I cooked myself a piece of salmon and had only a bite or two of Mac & Cheese. My blood sugars won't tolerate that as my primary food, so I'll need to make myself something else. Maybe eggs, since I did manage to score those yesterday.
