Good morning, and happy Friday.

My days have started to blend together.

QOTD - well, I encourage everyone to look online (NPR.org is a good place) for things you can do for free online, from online concerts to virtual tours of museums. I plan on doing some of this. This morning TPR was discussing all of the beautiful parks here in Texas, and how its a good idea to get outside. I really want to do that, but truthfully I will be focusing on staying in my own yard. I'm very happy to have a giant yard in the middle of the city, with about 20 trees, lots of bushes, and plenty of room for my doggos to run. I will stay in my yard lots this weekend!

Breakfast - None, fasting, so hot black coffee and hot tea.

Lunch - bean taco, with lots of salsa

Snack - fruit smoothie, oat milk, frozen frui****er, chia seed and hemp seed protein

Dinner - Made a pot of beans, so a bowl of beans, vegan cheese, veggies on side and a fat slice of cornbread with avocado butter

Here's some pics of my yard. They don't do the Marzec Doggy Ranch justice, but...I have loved this yard from the very first time I stepped onto the property. I wanted to live in the country, but 1 acre in the middle of San Antonio was a wonderful compromise. It was most important to both of us that the dogs could run freely and have lots of room for playing, and of course pooping. That's the least favorite for both of us, poop patrol!

Good Morning Jb and Menuers,

So the company is sending people home to work. I will be set up to do so if I feel uncomfortable in my office but since I have a private office and most people will be working from home I feel more than comfortable coming in the office for now. This was the note from the owner of our company.

This list of essential businesses includes "Mercy" which is licensed in PA under "drug and devices". Therefore we fall under the "Drug/druggist and sundries" category which is considered essential

Ok with that said if I did go home to work I may get more exercise in. Last evening I was so psyched to home and walk in the neighborhood. I ran in got dressed got my Ear bud hooked to the bluetooth and took one step off the porch and it started to rain. I couldn't believe my luck. So I went back in watched The Masked Singer and did some food prep. I cleaned berries and made some more KETo cookies.

QOTD: I have been Making DH clean the windows he is doing a great job super cleaning the house.

Accountability: I had one Keto cookie and I drank another coffee to cut down on craving but then I had a slice of cheese and turkey lunch meat.and no exercise. .

TSS: 2 years 3 Month 9 days 136.4 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Blueberry greek yogurt and mixed berries and Lite cool whip.

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato

L: Real good food Cauliflower ham breakfast sandwich some country style pork ribs.

D: Real good bacon wrapped chicken (Poblano and pepper jack. and butternut squash.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: walk through the neighborhood or on the treadmill whatever the weather has in store for me.

Good morning menu friends! Bit of a late post today but I already have an hour walk in with Miss Lily and laundry 2/3 of the way done. QOTD knitting,reading,word search puzzles and playing card games. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.6. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c chili with cheese D 4 oz ground beef with cheese and no bun. No snacks. Have a wonderful day full of smart choices everyone! Pics are around here at Camp Tanako near Hot Springs Arkansas.
