What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
I've tried so many that failed. It's definitely more trial and error when it comes to healthy. I tried cinnamon rolls with almond flour wow was that a mess. If you find any that work let me know. Chaffles are the only things I've had good luck with but I refuse to throw away the mistakes if their to bad I stick it in the waffle iron and cover it with sf maple syrup.

Good morning y'all.
QOTD - hot beverages, or room temperature for most things. Unless it's Topo Chico, then it's ICE COLD GLASS BOTTLES!
breakfast - none, fasting. Hot tea, black coffee.
lunch - no idea. Day 1 of self quarantine and working from home. Thinking one of the frozen meals I've saved, tofu with curry veggies and rice.
dinner - smoothie. I find that when I'm at home, eating really takes a backseat. So tonight I'll have a peanut butter, banana, oat milk smoothie that's high in calories and protein.

Is topo Chico bubbly? I see everybody talks about it in the IF/DDD world.

Can you handle bubble? I'm assuming you can if you are drinking it. I tried a couple of times sips from DH's coke and the bubble didn't feel good going down. Funny thing now I notice if a drink has big bubbles or small bubbles. My husband says there is no difference.
