Yesterday I listened to NY Gov. Cuomo make the analgy of life now, being like the insides of a snow globe that someone shook the heck out of. Everything is all spinning around like crazy, but eventualy it will all settle down. Let's hope and pray!!

Good morning JB and Menuers,

Wow how fast things move in this world look where we were just a week ago till now. Crazy. I am still coming into the office as I am actually needed. Thank god because I see that chart and staying at home scares me more than the virus.

QOTD: Depends on what it is. I usually drink at a recommended temperature.

Accountability: I had one Keto cookie and I drank another coffee to cut down on craving and head hunger it seemed to help .

TSS: 2 years 3 Month 7 days 137.2 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Salted caramel greek yogurt and mixed berries and about two ounces of country style ribs left over from last night

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato

L: Real good food spicy italian sausage entree, Aldi snack selects

D: stuffed burger and butternut squash.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: walk through the neighborhood or on the treadmill whatever the weather has in store for me.
