Liz, I haven't been around for a while but it's sooo good to see you posting. I also heard about your husband's passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.
Happy Birthday
Walks on the beach are the best, even at this time.

Thank you Sheila! I just took the dog for a long walk - not on the beach today, but Justice and I enjoyed the fresh air.

hi all
so anyway weekend was low key we ran limited errands Saturday and stayed in sunday. we did laundry, I cooked foods, we ate foods, I read a little, binge watched some tv. I went outside and grabbed these big logs to start my hugel garden. yes, I'm late starting the garden--- very late- trying something new. doing a hugelculture garden and the usual raised garden beds. made these dark chocolate oreo brownies for DH, added protein powder and bananas. he liked them. I probably should have blended the bananas instead of hand stirring them in but oh well.
accountability: I've started a new book called women food and god. about 1/2 way done. Its been good... really helping me to take my time and think when I'm eating and to stop when its time and not when its too late...
QOTD: shopping of course. thrifting. my coffee fix. sonic diet limeade. sightseeing
food plan:
B: shake
Coffee
water
coffee
S: chicken sausage and 1/4 lavash wrap
L: chicken meatballs/air fried cabbage
S: TBD
D: TBD
s: unsure again
Good morning y'all, Happy Monday.
QOTD - I honestly don't know. I am a homebody, and spend most of my time with husband and dogs, and they are at home. I guess mostly I would miss the freedom of picking up and going where I want, on a whim. A quick coffee stop, out for donuts, etc.
Breakfast- none, fasting
Lunch - No clue, no appetite really. I brought a fruit smoothie.
Today is going to be a weird eating day. Lots of anxiety and stress, and that doesn't lead to a real decent eating experience.
I hope you ALL have a wonderful day!
Christina
Let it begin with me.

Good Morning JB and Menuers,
I am typing from my desk at work. We will not be working from home any time soon. We are so antiquated here with are computer system there is very little chance of working from home. And since we supply medical supplies nationally we are definitely an essential business that needs to stay open. I still use a chisel and rock to write orders here. Well pretty close or system runs on Dos. LOL
QOTD: I think I'll miss Saturday night dinners out, the Gym of course and once a month we get together with my cousins to do some activity. We are supposed to throw axes this weekend but I am sure that will be cancelled. All non essential businesses were asked to suspend operations and all eating establishments are to only do take out for the time being.
Accountability I continue to gain and loose these same 2 ******g pounds. Excuse my language but I agree with Julia there is nothing safe about being stuck at home. I am not social in my neighborhood at all. I got enough family and friends I really don't need or want anymore. However I have been going for long walks Just to get away from DH before I kill him because he is so anxious he is driving me crazy. And I need to stay away so I do not snack. So glad I am at work right now. Hoping it does not rain this evening so I can walk again tonight. I got it to about 6000 steps so I am going to add one more cul de sac and hopefully get it up to 10,000 steps.
