Oh no, so sorry to hear this workman's comp drama is continuing for your son. It's terrible how some employers treat their staff... :(

Julia, given how much is being shut down in Massachusetts, I truly don't understand how your organization isn't embracing work-at-home. I am floored by everything I am hearing: Bars and restaurants closed (meaning DS won't be working). Some areas in the US with quarantines for everyone at-risk due to certain conditions and those over 65. I turn 65 today! My park just closed all the facilities (including the pool) and cancelled all activities.

QOTD: I will miss going to the pool/beach and going out to eat. Can I safely take walks with Justice???

I know--it is bizarre. They actually sent us a recording of the phone call they had with us on Friday and part of me hope it leaks to the press, because it was filled with factually inaccurate information about how the virus is spread. But apparently my job wasn't the only oe open--it still took me an hour to drive 18 miles this morning. It was noticabley lighter, especially in with the city but still a lot of people out. I was expecting more of a ghost town.

I was surprised to hear from you that FL was business as usual until now, because with the older population at risk, I would have thought they would be the first to shut things down!

I heard that walks outside are safe as long as you keep 6+ feet from people on the street, so I hope you and Justice get your steps in!

I was thinking on this since gym might be off limits- I was thinking since schools are out could we use their track etc. open parks would be good also for walking/running. and yard work for me could be some exercise.
