What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?
Mornin' All!
My life has been cancelled until at least the end of March (and some things have been cancelled into April), so I"m planning to be very compliant with the social distancing edict. I have a stack of library books in my room that I'll actually get a chance to read for once, and I plan to spend an hour a day cleaning (I hate cleaning, but an hour a day seems reasonable - and with all this free time, I should have a really clean house in a few days!). Last night we spent a couple of hours cleaning the refrigerator. I don't even remember the last time we cleaned it, so I'm sure it's been MONTHS. It looks great now! Today we might do something easy - like the living room and family room - which really only require dusting - so maybe we can do something else as well. I'll save the bedroom, kitchen, and basement for another day since they are going to be tough. After that fridge last night, I need an easy day! (bathrooms are generally easy around here - but I should really clean & seal the grout since it's been at least a year - and THAT is a tough and tedious job...)
accountability was good yesterday but crappy on Friday (two meals out - ugh) - but I have nothing going on today or for the foreseeable future, so I should be OK as long as I can keep myself busy so I don't graze.
QOTD: I can't think of anything right off-hand. DH is one of those people who occasionally gets stressed out looking at clutter and has been known to start throwing things out willy-nilly without stopping to think something might actually be *useful*, so there have been times I've been really upset about "losing" something, but I usually get over it pretty quickly. I don't normally get too attached to things.
4 years 9 months out:
B: protein pancakes with plain Greek yogurt and blueberry/blackberry compote, coffee with half & half
MS: probably won't have a morning snack since I had a late breakfast, but I'll have a Fit Frappe sometime today
L: Beyond Burger in a "sandwich skinny" with lettuce, tomato, and light Thousand Island ****ep putting this on my menu but haven't had it yet. I have GOT to eat that burger today, though, or it's going to rot)
AS: L&F yogurt or crustless protein pumpkin pie
D: 2 Costco chicken skewers. And maybe a small salad with light dressing
ex: I should probably avoid the gym unless I"m there to do weights, which I probably won't do until tomorrow. Maybe I'll take a long walk this afternoon. I need to do SOMETHING
have a good day, all!

Qotd - I've lost a pair of my favorite Merrill brown lace up shoes. They were as comfortable as sneakers but appropriate for the office. I know exactly where I left them (hotel room) but by the time I realized, they were gone!
i was going to rearrange the garage today but it's a bit cold, and I did a killer cardio Pilates level 2 this morning so I decided to organize the pantry instead. The oldest thing I found was a can of pumpkin that expired in 2014. My tea and coffee collections are now nicely sorted...with the herbal and caffeinated teas separated!
Have a great rest of your sunday everyone!!
