What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

Morning all! Wow, things are escalating so quickly around here. One of my schools has 3 campuses and they are all closed due to a threat from the virus. Thankfully, I haven't been to any of those buildings in over a month, so I am not on quarantine. In fact, I will be at another of my schools all day today... There was a teacher's union meeting last night, and they think its just matter of time before the rest of the district closes. I can't even imagine what the next few weeks will bring.
Accountability: 3rd perfect day in a row with food but I have been very sedentary. I am avoiding taking the train, and driving adds in extra time and does not allow for walking.
QOTD: Do you have any phone numbers memorized? I always wonder what will happen if we don't have access to our cell phones suddenly? Could you reach anyone? I have a freakishly good memory for numbers and I remember a lot of numbers of friends from elementary school, still! I also know the numbers for Grim, my parents, and a few close friends.

Oh, this week has been a month already.
It's so sad to me that one of the big concerns with school closing during this situation is that kids won't have access to their only meals. I also saw a take that said covid19 isn't impacting kids so why are we closing the schools -- being a teach/educational facility staff misr keep everyone youthful (or there are people out there that don't realize schools have adults of all ages and health situations).
qotd - my grandparents although it's been since 2008 I could call and speak to one of them. Wouldn't it be awesome if they could still connect you through.
Currently, the only phone number I know is my sister's...I have to look at my signature line to give out my office number, lol.
menu today is
3X coffee plus half and half
last 3 oz of left over Italian beef
3 oz ever roast del chicken with .8 oz cheese
3 oz ever roast deli chicken, 1 container carbmaster cottage cheese
light & fit greek, protein bar
111 protein, 963 calories, 30 carb
I have Pilates cardio tonight and center and balance class which is stretching and foam rolling and balance exercises. It's a nice combo with the cardio class.
Hope everyone's Thursday is only a day long!

Good morning all! I so could have used some more sleep! At least I didn't have to work late yesterday. Our AC went out at work (and with it being so warm here in the south already) they sent us home early. The earliest anyone would be able to come out to fix it would be this morning. It was so warm and miserable that we were struggling to stay awake. Hopefully today will be better! I was finally down a little over a pound this morning. So at least the scale is moving in the right direction again! I have been more disciplined with my eating this week so I'm hoping that continues!
QOTD: My memory is pretty good. I have always remembered every landline number my family ever had growing up. Also every address I've ever lived at. I also have my parents landline memorized as well as one of my aunts numbers, but that's about it. I have no clue what my parents cell numbers are or what my brothers is without looking in my phone. For gods sake, I don't even have my own office number at work memorized. Lol. So yeah, I'd be lost without my cell phone!

Good morning JB and menu crew. Wow many changes in the last 24 hours. I am hearing that the NBA player that tested Positive for COVID-19 was interviewed earlier in the week and was making light of the situation. I guess he was even touching reporters recording devices.
My son will be coming home, he needed to speak with the University he is attending in Berlin and they are also moving to remote learning. Mid terms next week. I could have booked a flight for him last evening for Friday the 13th for $598, this morning the same flight is $1496. We are bringing him home on Sunday, just waiting for the final ok from him, I told him to hurry as I can see the prices are climbing. Booking Germany - England - Montreal Canada.

I have the Fit Frappe mocha, espresso, and vanilla latte. I think the vanilla is my favorite, too. I blend mine (in my blender) with either cold brew coffee or a mix of cold brew coffee & unsweetened cashew milk - and then some cinnamon and ice. This is my mid-morning snack on mornings when I'm home. I just love it!
