Good Wednesday.
I'm in a lot of pain today. I wish I could go swimming/floating. That'd be so nice. Alas no affordable place nearby.
I'm crashing & burning but not giving up quite yet. Just keep swimming.
qotd: I'm about a 3 personally. I'm a 7-8 for the economy & loved ones. I do think people are acting a little bit crazy(tp crazy). I think our president is handling it as per usual crappy. Hiding your head in the sand doesn't address the huge economic impact. Just boggles my mind.

Beautiful day again but supposed to nasty Saturday. Don't even need a jacket today.
QOTD: I'm at a 1 although I'm older, but I'm healthy. Basketball tournaments are starting tonight in Kansas City and I just heard fans will get in tonight, but going forward no fans allowed. I used to work in downtown KC and I know how fans love their basketball. Restaurants and hotels look forward to this time of year. I think it's insane to play games without fans. People are already in town for the games and are going to lose a lot of money.
I put on a top today that showed my spare tire. It seems to be expanding. I've never had the spare tire before. Guess I better start working out and probably stay with WWs. For the most part, I think I'm eating right but better start tracking.
Today's eats:
Click shake
turkey & veggies; cottage cheese salad
Fair Life protein drink
Yogurt w/2 T. granola
Power Crunch maybe
