IM HUNGRY!

Happens to all of us and sometimes we need to ascertain if what we are feeling is real or head hunger. I think Soups or soupy like meals may make us feel hungrier, but if you are calculating the serving portion and are getting your protein in, then it's head hunger you are feeling. If you are tracking and finding yourself not meeting those dense protein requirements then your body is experiencing true hunger. That is the rationalization I use myself, and tracking really helps with knowing WHY I may be feeling hungry.
