QOTD: When I am having a bad day I do something that makes me happy- usually gardening or a craft project. I have to stay busy and am not the type to sit around and do nothing.

I had surgery yesterday so today I am not worried about my eating today. What my surgeon thought was a hernia was actually a lipoma, which was good news. The location and how it felt mimicked a hernia. I am thankful. Today the pain is worse so I am sitting here with a heating pad. It feels like I did a million situps. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. This is my spring break so I can relax all week while I recover.

I'm sorry you're having a rough day JB. Sending you a hug.

I'm having a **** moment in life. I've stopped caring. I don't even know what to do anymore. Just not feeling life to be honest. I eat crap and feel like crap and I don't care. It's like I think I deserve to feel like **** I see a new psychologist next Tuesday. It also would've been my grandpa's 100th birthday so I'm hoping that's a good sign? I'm just very tired.

You've been having a rough patch and keep pushing through. You are strong and can do this. Are you able to work on your crafts/jewelry? Maybe a new hobby out there? Can you volunteer somewhere? Just throwing out some ideas if things that might bring some happiness to you.

Thank you

I have a hard time sitting still for long so it's been difficult to do much. I try to walk when I can but that's even hard. My right leg and my back have been getting worse as well.

i won't give up or in but man....I'm exhausted.
