Mornin' All!
I have three lunches and a dinner out this week, so I REALLY need to stick to my plan on all the other days (and not overeat on the days I have meals out). So a minefield this week, in other words. I HATE these!
Later this morning I have to meet with the head of a new committee I'm on to learn how to work their Web site, since I have to create a page by the end of the month. I'm hoping this will only last an hour or so since I want to go to a noon TRX class at the gym (and if that doesn't work, I'll just do regular weights this afternoon). I feel like I have to a lot to do these next couple of days - and this whole coronavirus situation (esp with my May trip to southern Italy) and the death of my cousin over the weekend are all taking up a lot of space in my mind. Not feeling all that hot at the moment (mostly mentally - but a little physically, too...). Boy - this totally is NOT me! Maybe going to the gym will help...
QOTD: as mentioned above, Starbucks coffee is near/at the top of my list. I always dread it when someone suggests meeting there. Their coffee tastes like a mix of burned coffee beans and battery acid - and it's hell on my stomach. I just don't get the appeal...
4 years 9 months out:
B: protein pancakes with plain Greek yogurt and blueberry/blackberry compote, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: Indian curry with no rice (vegetables sauteed in spices and ghee, paneer cheese)
AS: ? probably L&F yogurt with raspberries
D: 4 oz pulled chicken with BBQ sauce
have a great day, everyone!
Good morning! Happy Monday, damn it feels early!
QOTD - I am going to go with such an unpopular opinion here, but I'm gonna say bacon. Even when I ate meat, I didn't understand the appeal of OMG BACON EVERYTHING. I think it's disgusting, fatty and just SO salty. I have a bacon loving husband so unfortunately my household does still purchase it, but UGH, I don't even like the smell of it cooking. Even worse is the bacon flavored seasonings to make everything taste like bacon, lol!
Breakfast - None, fasting till lunch.
Lunch - homemade curry tofu with rice and veggies
Snack - fruit smoothie, frozen frui****er, oat milk, chia seeds and hemp seed protein
Snack - Cucumbers and hummus, apple slices
Dinner - Grilled bell pepper and onions, on a slice of toasted multi grain with melted vegan chao cheese
I hope you all have a wonderful day!
Christina

Good Morning JB and Menuers,
Is it Friday yet? As if weekend aren't short enough they take away and hour WTF? I had a pretty nice weekend it got to the 60° yesterday so I took a nice walk in the neighborhood. I actually looked at my health tracker on my phone and I was over 10,000 steps that probably never happens on my phone since I have a desk job and it doesn't track my elliptical at the gym.
QOTD: I agree with your Dunkin comment. They don't even make donuts in their stores they ship them in so they have to be full of crappy preservatives. I'm Not coming up with anything on my own Sorry
