I think that's why it hit me so hard last night. It made me remember being a teenager, wanting SO bad to look like the girls in the magazine (I mean, we all did, that was our standard of beauty) and thinking if I could just lose weight, I would be there...

I think family members can be the worst, unintentionally in most cases. They program led all the buttons that it's so easy for them to push. I'm glad your hubby has your back!

Good Friday All,

Today makes 5 weeks since surgery, i have decided to just post weigh in on Fridays (once a week).

so 242 sw. to 226.1 cw today = 15.9 lbs lost.

Breakfast: coffee half and half 2 equal, vitamins

Breakfast 2: coffee with premier shake and 5 oz cottage cheese

water 16 0z

Lunch: salmon

16 oz water

Snack: jello pudding sugar free vanilla

16 oz water

Dinner: salmon, vitamins

16 oz water, smooth tea, miralax, colace

All this island and tropical locations is making me jealous! I've never seen the actual ocean. Just a shipping channel in Houston. Thanks for sharing all those pictures!

Girl, get in the car and drive to an ocean--stat! No seriously--how long could it take? ...I think I would whither away without looking at the ocean every day...
