OMG I remember having those Dr Scholls when I was like 6 or 7. The wooden soles were so uncomfortable and I remember almost dying from tripping on the sidewalk and slipping on tiled floors!

OMG Julia we MUST be the same age. My favorite ever outfit was acid washed jeans with a hot pink, off the shoulder Flashdance shirt. I tried to wear it EVERYDAY. I also had stirrup pants (a la Erin) and funky print sweaters. Don't get me started on my PLASTIC charm necklace. Oh yeah, I wasn't a wallflower lol.
My day started bright and early with me reading a heinous email at 6 am from my phone that nearly made my head explode. Sometimes I just think, who in their right mind would write a WORK email like that??? I think I have to tell someone not to bully the gal who works for me. It's ridiculous. I am probably too conciliatory, but dude...
My back is probably 40% better today but not 100%. I am doing my hip exercises (since apparently when I say "my back went out" the underlying issue is my hips not being aligned) and I know I should do them more often, not just when I am in pain...
B: 4 oz boars head ever roast, 1 oz cheddar (after my iced coffee with half and half)
L: leftover rotini with ground turkey and ragu and parmesan (more meat than noodles)
D: grilled salmon (not my favorite but so high protein, high healthy, high everything and Kris loves it) - he will have a brown sugar dijon topping, I will probably just do dijon
E: I wish, not happening yet with the back...
