I've been feeling some really deep itching and an occasional twinge of pain in my abs since October, but I think it's due to nerves regenerating after plastic surgery (and in addition, the lower half of my torso isn't as numb as it the first year post-PS, which also leads me to believe it's probably the nerves). I ran it by my plastic surgeon when I saw him in January and he didn't seem too concerned about it and seemed to agree that it might be my sensitivity coming back. But I don't know if that's related to your situation or not.

Eh...I kind of hate it but I think I need some anti frizz stuff. It doesn't help the winds are in the 20+ mph zone sustained here LOL

Cute! I was never brave enough to go super short like that but its always so flattering when I see it on others.

My hair is naturally curly / wavy / frizzy but about 2 years ago I discovered Keratin treatments and it has change my life forever. I now have straight / smooth silky! It costs a goddamned fortune but I love it.

I like it how it is but if your looking to smooth it out you need Marrakech Oil you use a small amount no more than a dime rub between hand and tap and rub it into damp hair I use it when I straighten my hair to make it silky the bottle is small but a little dab will do you. Dry your hair with blow dryer and brush to smooth it out.

Happy Thursday! My company went home this morning and my WW weigh-in is today. I should be down again. I am in lifetime range so only have to weigh monthly. However, I plan to keep going weekly until I am in the range I am shooting for in maintenance and feel able to stay in it. I am only .6 above my WLS goal and 2.6 above the top of my planned maintenance range.

QOTD: This is a tough one as it has been about 50 years since I was a teen. I had a bright pink and neon green psychedelic print shift dress that I loved. I thought I looked quite "groovy" in it. I loved my bell bottom corduroy jeans and my culottes. Boy, am I old!

TSS: 3 years, 11 months

B: coffee, WW 1 point muffin and blueberries

L: Deli chicken and laughing cow cheese

D: Shrimp, sushi and cauliflower fried rice

S: cottage cheese and good thins, blueberry lemon WW pie

Good morning. I'm happy to report that my "fluid" is gone and I'm back down again to where I was earlier in the week. Still a bit disappointing since I am on my first week of WW and have stuck to the plan 100%. I also skipped my nightly 100 calories of popcorn and I think that is helping with the fluid.

I also have been up since 3:30 today. Just could not sleep. Ugh. I had given up coffee this week, but stopped at DD for one since I really need it today. It's not nearly as good with milk instead of half and half, lol.

B: 1% cottage cheese and pita

L: Tuna with salad, or maybe more cottage cheese. I didn't bring a salad and may not get out.

D: going out with a friend. Planning on salad with grilled salmon.

QOTD: I had a one piece dress that looked like two - houndstooth bottom, white top and a black cropped jacket. I thought I was quite adorable in it, lol.

Good morning, everybody!

Melody is going to get her haircut today. I think it's going to come out great. She planned it out, found a picture and got great input. Mostly, though, I'm happy that she is getting it done before we are forced by Coronavirus to utilize the stick method.

It appears that in China, they are now cutting hair using implements attached to poles. I am not sure how much research was done to determine which length of stick will prevent the spread of viral particles, but I'm sure we will find out.

Us guys aren't very particular about our haircuts. A couple of weeks ago, Chrissy told us how it was with men's haircutting. The main attribute that men look for in a a stylist is female. If you make it through the cut with all of your female parts intact the guys are going to tip well, We have little knowledge of the actual haircutting.

But, I'm not sure that I'm onboard with the pole based haircut. Sure, the guy in foreground looks to be having great fun. What could be better than getting shampooed by a paintbrush from halfway across the room? I would probably be down for doing that at the OH conference this fall.

It's really the action in the background that makes me uncomfortable. Although not a doctor, I seem to remember that the area where our brains meet our spinal cords is somewhat important and should not be poked at with sharp sticks. I cannot read read lips or speak Mandarin, but I am pretty sure that the fellow in the black smock is asking whether the gent in the chair wants his hair cut straight or square in the back. To which the victim is answering with whatever word pops into his head.

And if the back is scary, how about the front. Am I going to let somebody stand three feet away from me and trim my bangs? Basically, jabbing at me with knives two inches above my eyes? If they miss, I end up as a horror movie victim with scissors protruding from my eyeball. Nope, if we get to the stick method, I'm going to do my own cuts. Unless the stylist is really cute.

QOTD: Sweats bi ebe, alligator polo shirt and Spot Bilt coaching shoes. Nothing was cooler than Spot Bilt coaching shoes.

Breakfast: Sausage and cottage cheese

Snack: Protein bar

Lunch: Pork

Snack: nuts

Dinner: Steak

Have a great day, all!

OMG you consistently kill me with your hilarious posts, Jim! I am dying laughing. Please just grow your hair long - do not let someone cut your bangs with garden shears attached to a three foot pole!!!
