hi all- another night of waking up this time due to acid. I went off the protonix a few months back and switched to an OTC. forgot to take before bed so I was up at 12. luckily it only threw me off 1 hour.
weight back down to the upper end of where I like it but not in my crazy crazy range so that is good. wearing what feels like my peg bundy pants today. gray high waisted and feeling tight lol hahahaha
QOTD: my first college roommate was bad. I would be playing music then she comes in and blasts her rap next to mine. then I leave the dorm... lots of strange guys and drunkness. she lasted 2 semesters then went back home. second roommate was a huge slob drunk all the time and various guys. also went home... my best roommate was a girl I still keep in contact, but I was the messy one in that situation-
so I made whiting fish last night- whole fish! I didn't realize how easy it was!!!

QOTD - No roommate issue, never had one!
Breakfast - Hot black coffee, hot tea, and topo chico (fasting till lunch)
Lunch - Bun with avocado butter, sliced avocado, sliced tomato, chao vegan cheese, and veggie soup
Snack - Fruit smoothie, frozen frui****er, chia seed, hemp seed protein and oat milk
Dinner - Up in the air, I may try to start my fast early. I have a yoga class tonight and I REALLY need it.

Mornin' All!
another lunch out today. I went yesterday with another friend and managed to stay on plan - ended the day with 1500 kcal (my current goal) and my weight was down this morning (and it's my official "weigh day", too - yay!). Hoping for a repeat today. I'm also going to do weights and possibly Zumba this evening. They had a sub at Zumba last night who wasn't that great. Not nearly intense enough for me, and the dances weren't all that fun. I left after 45 minutes. I felt bad leaving with just 15 minutes left, but I just wasn't into it. But 45 minutes of cardio is still 45 minutes of cardio..
QOTD: I shared an apartment my junior and senior years of college with a woman who at first was great fun, but she could also be really critical and nasty. Maybe it was too much "togetherness", but I ended up hating her and never contacted her after we moved out of that place c. 40 years ago. She wasn't messy, she did have a long-term boyfriend who stayed with us occasionally, but he was fine - it was just her occasional nastiness that got to me after awhile. I looked her up on Facebook once. She married someone else and completely changed careers (she's now a nurse - was a business major at the time), but those feelings came back when I saw her picture. Never contacted her.

B: protein pancakes with plain Greek yogurt and blueberry compote, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: we're meeting at a BBQ place, so either pulled pork or pulled chicken (I'll bring the rest of the accoutrements home)
AS: if needed, L&F yogurt or raw veggies with ranch Greek yogurt dip
D: maybe 2 Costco chicken skewers and asparagus. Or a salad with diced turkey and light dressing
ex: weights, some kind of cardio

Busy day today menu friends but Miss Lily and I started it off right by getting 3.7 miles in. We'll do another mile later today. Accountability was perfect yesterday with taco salaD substituted for dinner and weight is 120.6. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L leftover taco salad D 4 oz onion burger with cheese and no bun . Got to get busy finishing packing up the camper and washing and remaking the bed so we can be ready to leave for Hot Springs,Arkansas tomorrow morning. Later!
