That surgery sounds pretty serious. If it helps you be relieved of pain it would worth it.

Good morning!! I am trying to get back into a routine, even though I'm still on the road. I made an executive decision for myself yesterday to change up my Friday and instead of staying in the office all day, catching an 830 flight and getting home after 11pm, I paid the fare difference and will get home by 6 pm. I have to try to get some balance back into my work schedule so that's step 1!

JB, which version did you get? I switched to the smaller 11 last year and I'm loving having a smaller phone again.

qotd - I once agreed to be roommates with a colleagues irresponsible daughter (we were the same age), she didn't pay on time, was a slob and brought home strange men. It was not good. I have had super luck with other roommates though and one of my last roommates is still one of my best friends!

menu today looks like

coffee and half and half

sargento balanced break

light and fit greek

salami and cashews

light and fit greek

have a great day everyone!!

I also got the 11. Its almost identical to my XR, and I can't really tell the difference TBH, but I am sure that in a few years it will make a difference if this one can handle newer software updates.

Safe travels!

I just got a new phone too... I had the black lines through the screen as well...and also held off until it wS non functional. Do not have plus anymore and still getting used to smaller keyboard and this one autocorrects a lot to weird stuff. Ha.

off today so trying to decide food. Trying to figure out what hasn't been agreeing with me lately.

  • low carb French toast, sf syrup
  • salad, grilled chicken
  • protein, pumpkin muffins (workout)
  • burger, veggies
  • S: protein, not sure

ex: gym day

QoTD - I don't have much roommate experience but when I was younger I did have roommates. It was the typical stuff...leaving messes, eating my food, bringing home people I wouldn't have, etc. I am pretty thankful to be out of that phase of life

Starting my day with coffee and some protein shake. I am experimenting with doing something a bit differently. I am drinking less coffee/protein shake to see if not forcing so much fluid in the morning helps with some reflux issues. I really don't want to have to make a GI visit right now, (at a major hospital), and I would usually prefer to rule certain things out before going in. I plan to keep things simple today...pull some easy protein out from somewhere. Maybe a tuna pouch and canned vegetables if I get hungry. Or eggs with some mushrooms or sliced bell peppers.

Happy Hump Day,

I have been 100% good on WW and my weight is up. Argh. I know you should only weigh once a week during weight loss, but I am obsessed with the scale. I am going to try to not eat after dinner and avoid stuff like the microwave popcorn I have been enjoying. Maybe it's just fluid - but on week one?

QOTD: I was a commuter in college and only have lived with my husband, so no roommates.

B: 2 skinnypop popcorn cakes, cottage cheese

L: turkey breast and Joseph's pita

S: orange

D: steak and salad

I am weighing daily at home in addition to WW weigh-in too. I always get worried about whether it will be up or down that day. LOL!

God I could never wait a week between weigh ins. I don't think its a bad idea--I mean how can you self correct if you don't know, right?
