What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?
I am so not a doomsday prepper, in fact, I am the opposite. I purposely don't join the pandemonium. This may bite me in the ass one day. We shall see.
I have decided not to decide (ironic, huh?) about Italy until March 10. The trip is April 5. Perhaps things will have calmed down by then.
B: 4 oz boars head ever roast chicken + 2 oz goat cheese, after my iced coffee with half and half
L: Greek salad while I work from Panera
D: Two Sabatino's chicken sausage from the grill (didn't end up making them yesterday)
E: No time, between work, grabbing the kids, taking one to gymnastics...
I was supposed to be in Germany/Italy from March 6-16. Cosmoprof Bologna was postponed until June so will try again at that time. Disappointed as I was hoping to visit my son in Germany, he will be done his semester abroad in May...boo.....

Pic is in reply to a QOTD a few weeks ago but I didn't post last week. My St. Patrick's Day decor.
JB, I was writing my post too fast but meant to recommend that you soak your toe in ho****er and salt as often as you can. I had a similar infection and was able to resolve it pretty quickly that way.

Hey all, so glad this thread is here. Had a weight spike over the last few weeks (yikes!) and eliminated most carbs and sugar and excess weight dropped off right away. Whew! That was a number I never want to see again. Im still 16 lbs above lowest surgery weight so gonna keep going on this regime and see if I can create a bigger margin.
B. Soya lattee, 2 poached eggs, tbsp roast veggies
sn. Mini sugar free cheesecake, blueberries, another soy lattee
l/sn (ive been making a larger salad with sliced chicken on top and eating half at lunchtime, half later)
d. Salmon, green beans
qotd. Nope not a hoarder. I live in the uk and our fridges are teeny and cupboard space limited. First case of coronavirus in my province yesterday. We will see how crazy all this gets. Im due to be in Italy in June as well. Here's hoping!
