Good Morning and Happy Friday-eve! Karen- thank you for starting us out today. Also, thank you all for thoughts for John's boss, we got a text last night that he is doing a bit better and more responsive so everyone is hopeful.
Accountability: So-so. I had some grapes before bed and I must have had too much because I woke up a few hours after going to bed with blood sugar issues so I had to eat some peanut butter crackers and cashews to balance.

Today is somewhat chilly here in Florida: Mid-60's and windy.
I lost 2.2 at my WW weigh-in so I am officially 1.2 under my WW goal and 1.8 above my WLS goal. I'm hoping I am back under my WLS goal in 2-3 weeks.
QOTD: I miss most of spring on Cape Cod, but that's okay because it starts COLD! My favorite things are warmer air so windows can be open, more sun and longer days.

QOTD: I love spring, everything renews after the USUAL cold, dark winter.
I will still be grateful for the blooming trees and flowers, and the grass turning green, the birds and butterflies returning.
Being a life long New Englander I feel cheated, where I live we barely had 6" of snow total in 3 storms. That is highly irregular. We had lots and lots of rain.
