WEEEEEIRD, I totally wrote a post this morning! I wonder if I closed the laptop lid before it posted!? Hmph. Oh well--I get to save the QOTD for another day :)
Accountability: I walked over 7 miles yesterday going from school to school and I was too busy to do much eating so I had 7 points left over. I still have a pound to lose from my weird sudden 3lb gain mid-week. What the hell, body?
QOTD: Everything (I haaaaate winter so hard.)! Sun! Longer Days! More things to do outside! Less reliance on the bus! My hair not being mussed up from wearing winter hats! Lighter coats! Plus, I have a really bad case of dry-eyes and my eyes tear up so badly when I am outside in the cold. I look like a raccoon when my mascara runs down my face in winter, lol.
B: Fit Frappe Mocha & Bacon
MS: Apple & Light Cheese Stick
L: Tuna over Spring Greens
AS: Sugar Snap Peas
D: 1/2 EVOL Enchilada Bowl
Total points: 15/23
No excise planned for today. It's raining buckets and my commute is going to take extra time on each end.

DH and I decided that I would be coming back to GA tomm and spend the weekend there and maybe take off Monday. maybe I can get some organization happening in the house there. still planning on air bnb by the summer there I think for an extra cash flow.
QOTD: warmer temps and more activity!
food plan
protein bar
coffee
flavored water
ground chicken/veggies
not sure what else

Mornin' All!
I'm going over to the gym in awhile to do weights and the stationary bike. I have an adult education class this afternoon (on the Beatles music - taught by a retired music professor - I've never taken anything like this, so we'll see how it goes...). Not much else on the agenda other than some odds & ends I need to deal with.
QOTD: sunlight and warmth! It's always so great to go out without a coat on!!!
4 years 8 months out:
B: chaffles with 1/2 C plain Greek yogurt and 1/2 C blueberry compote, coffee with half & half

D: either another vegetarian "sausage" in a Flat Out FoldIt wrap or a few pieces of sushi
have a great day, everyone!!

That class sounds interesting--is it about the music composition, the lyrics or the band as a cultural phenomenon (or something else!)? I hope it is fun.

WTG on that snaking thing Karen as always you did great.
Tonight we're doing taxes. I pay a guy cause I hate it so badly it's like $150 much better than me screwing it up I guess. I looked online and it looks lick the average is about $175 to get them done so I don't feel so bad about the cost.
QOTD: I love the spring flowers the I love the smell of Hyacinth. Just wish they lasted longer. We have had some mild weather here so I see my flowers poking through the mulch. Hope it's not too early.

Ugh, I really need to do my taxes too. I don't have anything complicated enough to warrant paying someone... I just need to buckle down and do it :(
