What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
You just wonder how he contacted this lung infection. These times are very scary with the crazy out of control bacteria that we have no defence from. I hope the doctors can figure it out. Thoughts and prayers.

Snowing here in the cornfields this morning. Luckily Miss Lily loves snow so we got in 2.5 miles already. Even though I got really cold,it was very pretty. We walked extra around the church because they were cleaning the parking lot at the school. We'll do a short lunch walk and another 2.5 miles after work whether I feel like it or not. Accountability stepwise was good but food sucked--too much snacking. Today I will set the snacks out at break and stay away from them. QOTD I've got nothing. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c chili D 4 oz grilled tilapia. Have a wonderful day full of smart choices everyone! Coffee time!
I love walking while it is snowing too and do miss that with my Florida winters. But I don't like the cold and ice up north.

I looked at the saying you posted and was reminded of when I first had WLS and there were people who said they never felt hunger after WLS. I so wanted to be one of those people. Nope! I am always hungry on queue at lunchtime and from 4 pm to bedtime.
We have rain here today too, followed by 3 nights of temps in the 40's. Very unusual for Southwest Florida in late February. Today might be a shopping day.
QOTD: I can't think of a weird restaurant name, but there is a bar here called Beavers. Do you think any self-respecting women go there?!?!?!?

Good morning, everybody!
So in keeping with yesterday's theme, I researched Winnie the Pooh personality traits and was shocked to find that Piglet was omitted from the materials that I found. That is an outrage.
Look, if people aren't going to make the effort to include Piglet on their posters, I simply am not going to take the time to go further with this inquiry. Piglet was Pooh's closest friend. The smallest animal, Piglet was integral to the hunting of Woozles and attempts to capture Heffalumps. Plus Piglet could read and write. I don't understand how people who call themselves educators are opposed to childhood literacy.
Bottom line, don't tell me that you are a player in the Hundred Acre based personality assignation game if you don't even have your act together sufficiently to include Piglet in your materials.
I was appropriately ursine yesterday, that you for the well wishes. I ended up right next to my trainer in the scores on the daily whiteboard, which was a nice feeling. Teenie, I did pass on the $448 liquid breakfast for the time being.
Today is my 18 month appointment. The last words my Baritircian said to me before I left my last appointment were "you are going to gain in the next six months, don't freak out." Might as well have said that to Piglet himself. We will see how it goes.
QOTD: The Weiners Circle or Hot Doug.
Breakfast: Protein Bar
Lunch: Turkey
Snack: nuts
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

My eldest DD (deceased 15 years ago) loved the Pooh characters. The first tattoo on her ankle was Tigger (her favorite). She following that with a circle around her ankle of all the other major Pooh characters including Piglet, with the hundred acre woods in the background. It was an extremely well done tattoo. I had this one put on my shoulder a few years ago in memory of my DD (her signature is in the middle):
