What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Congratulations to your son. Red Rocks is so cool - seeing a group like Barenaked Ladies play there would be a wonderful experience!

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I got 2.8 miles done just as it started to rain. At least we didn't get wet. Will get other walks in as weather allows. Accountability was perfect yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 120.4 today. QOTD never leave reviews. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3 oz chicken salad D 4 oz pork loin. Have a great day full of healthy choices everyone!
I agree with you on MFP vs WW. The barcode scanner in WW works well but the searching stinks. I think it might be the search algorithm vs the database that is the problem? I was discussing this on Friday with one of the women I walk with who has used both apps and she agrees.
Today I pick up my repaired car and have to go back to Jiffy Lube where my oil was changed two weeks ago. The place doing my auto body work noticed that the oil plug and the oil filter were leaking!
QOTD: I leave online reviews once in a great while. Usually because I really liked something or really hated it. But because I rely on reviews so much if I feel that a lot of the reviews I read were misleading I sometimes will be spurred to do what I feel is an honest one.
TSS: 3 years, 11 months
B: Eggs and salsa, coffee
L: Sliced Ever Roast chicken and laughing cow cheese
D: Shrimp and veggies
S: blueberry lemon pie, good thins and cottage cheese

Mornin'!
well, it was supposed to be a nice week weather-wise, but now they're calling for snow - AGAIN! I am so damn sick of this!! It's not supposed to start until late tonight, so today should be fine - I'll try to get all my errands, gym time, etc in. Luckily I don't have anything critical Tuesday or Wednesday so I'm OK if we get dumped on. By Thursday, things should be OK again. And hopefully this will be the end of it!!
Accountability was fabulous yesterday. It will be today and tomorrow, too, because my weigh-in is Wednesday. Only one "bad" day this past week (Saturday), but I did a ton of Zumba that day, so I more than likely worked off the excess calories (although I typically do NOT deduct exercise calories...). I'm hoping I'll be pleasantly surprised, since this is just week one of my new "diet" (and I know the first week you usually have a decent drop because of water weight). If I can lose 0.5-1 lb a week after this, I'll be happy - esp since I don't have all that much to lose (and as we know, it is really hard when you're within 10 or so lbs of your goal!!)
QOTD: I've left some but not many. I think most have been on GNC or Vitamin Shoppe - but I remember leaving one on the site where I got the rug for our porch last year. I usually just do it when I'm wildly positive about something.
