OH that sounds horrible for your poor foot especially post op day 12. I hope they can remove the glass as skillfully as possible.
Good Morning! JB, sounds like the perfect weekend! I feel a little more rested after deciding to take Friday off and have a longer weekend. I went to hockey game Friday night to watch my hubby do his play by play- it was neat to watch him in action and it still amazes me at how it seems just so natural for him.
Accountability: Friday night was extra snacks since I was up way past my bedtime because of the game.
QOTD: Very rarely. I can't think of the last one I've done.

Yay for three day weekends! Not sure why but I find the Friday to Sunday 3 day to be more relaxing than the Saturday to Monday. It's still the same amount of time!

Good morning, everybody!
We have a decision.
Saturday, my older son put down a deposit to secure his place as an incoming freshman at the Colorado School of Mines. He will start in the fall of 2020. It sounds like the orientation process is comprehensive. there is a traditional one day orientation, then a camping trip in the Rockies, and they move into school five days before classes begin for the third leg.
If he is able to get into the June orientation class, then the whole family is going to go out and we will see Barenaked Ladies at Red Rocks Ampitheatre and watch the Rockies game that weekend.
Thursday, my son and I had already planned to go to visit Colorado and he said that he really just wants to get to know they the Golden area little bit better, so that is my charge. Oh, and also to go to the bookstore and get School of Mines sweatshirts, etc.
QOTD: I've never tried it
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: nuts
Lunch: fajitas
snack: jerky
Dinner: Chicken
Have a great day, all!
