Be honest--which penguin are you??

Morning everyone! Who is ready to start this week? I am pretty well rested. We had a lovely day outside along the coastal beaches yesterday and explored some founding father's monuments. Everyone goes to the stupid Plymouth Rock, but there are much cooler things to see around here :)

I have to be quick this morning--I need to leave early to take my car in for a much needed oil change, and for the first time in my life I am going to have the inspection done in the right month, lol.

Accountability: Too much popcorn!

QOTD: Do you leave online reviews? I almost never do, but a few years ago I left a scathing but funny review on Trip Advisor after the absolute worst hotel stay. I continue to get notices that hundreds of people have "liked" my review, and I sincerely hope that the hotel lost business over it.

Not sure how accurate the points are on these foods Both lunch and dinner are leftovers from dinners out this weekend, and I am just doing my best guess. I like the WW app, but there are so many fewer foods to choose from than on MFP, so it can be frustrating to find the foods I am looking for.

Exercise: I'm so excited to have another warm sunny day. I will walk the entire way from the train to work and skip the bus (3.5 miles)!

Good very early morning. Ugh...sleep old be nice.

Not much in ways of plans. Have the kids today. That's about it.

i am so annoyed by political ads. Our longtime congressman retired(not a fan) but I know it'll be another republican and the main people running for it are weasels. One just moved to the district to run for it. Just gross people. It's amazing how much ass can be kissed by these people and then the people who buy into what they are selling. Yuck! Sorry for the rant LOL

accountability was crap yesterday. It was a rough day emotionally. Was feeling worthless.

decided to start cooking more and put some up in the freezer for when I have surgery. I've researched a few anti inflammatory recipes that sounded good so hope to get the stuff to make a few this coming week.

B:chicken breast, light cheese stick & coffee a little later

L:chicken breast, butter lettuce, yogurt dressing and crushed tortilla chips

D:cooked cabbage with turkey smoked sausage, onions and lots of garlic. Going to try turmeric I think. I've never tried it before.

S:turkey meat stick, light & fit yogurt

Wanted to include a pic of my leg warmer...LOL

Ok, I'm incredibly talented. I managed to close my elbow in the car door. I swear I don't know how I manage to do these things...already has a bruise.

I don't know the last time I was able to post during the week. I'm up early and can't exercise, so here I am. I'm feeling 50% better, my one knee is just tender but my opposing thigh and arm still hurt, just not as badly. I did get ahead of a few work emails last night, nothing near what I wanted to do-- but it's something. I should have ironed, but ehhh, I'll find something acceptable to wear.

qotd- I don't leave online reviews, which is odd cause I'm sooo reliant on them. Reviews can make of break a purchase for me. But my crazy mind works like this-- don't write a review of something you loved cause then everyone will find out about it and you'll never have it for yourself again.

I'm not sure of my eating plan today. We have so many leftovers... it may look like this:

m1: egg, turkey sausage crumbles, cheese stick

m2: yogurt, protein bar

m3: chicken breast & salsa

m4: leftover meatloaf, salad
