hey! my day got a little wonky yesterday but I only went over macros by 100 calories so that is a win. Didn't get to the GA house till around 4 due to some delays leaving. I did some retail arbitrage at TJ MAXX. Its their yellow tag sale and some things marked for super super cheap FYI- even UA!
last night we had chicken drumsticks and DH had wings- trying to manage 2 houses is not for the faint of heart lol
QOTD: I never thought I did until 3 years ago. Read a book called square foot garden, I had to LEARN to not kill things lol.
Happy Sunday peeps! So the engagement party yesterday turned out to be a surprise wedding. It was a neat surprise, I had contemplated going since I'm hurting from the fall- but I'm glad I did. So, no run today but I did do the bike at the gym just to work the muscles in my legs. I also tried their 'total body enhancement- claim to tone your muscles through vibrations. It was like a shake weight for your whole body. I'm sure there's no harm in doing it- doubt it'll have any true benefit either. I'm still losing, which is amazing. I'm being smart about the extra calories.
today is more resting and I need to prepare a few things for work tomorrow. My laundry is almost done and I need to change my sheets. I have a pair of shoes to return but am not so motivated to do so.
qotd:I don't have any indoor plants. I can keep them alive, but I do enough work outdoors that I can't be bothered with indoor plants.
m1: egg, bologna, 1 pancake
m2: plain bagel w/cheddar cheese
m3: ham & cheese on a burger bun
m4: meatloaf & salad

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Mine was a good mix of things that needed to get done and relaxing. I feel good heading into Monday which is not always the case.
QOTD - I wish I had the green thumb that all the other women in my family have; they all have jungles and I'm over here excited that I've kept a succulent dish garden alive for year (but seriously, I've kept it alive for a year!!!).
Menu today has been a cottage cheese, a protein bar, 1 oz of hazelnuts and I"m going to have 3 oz ham and one oz cheddar for dinner with a frozen L&F while I watch John Oliver tonight.
Happy Sunday evening everyone!

You are ROCKING the WW; how inspiring to see! I hope that you fully enjoyed your weekend.
QOTD- The only indoor plants I have success with are orchids, except for cymbidiums. All the rest I have kept alive and managed to get them to re-bloom. Fortunately they thrive on neglect. I water about every 7-10 days and haven't even fertilized them for a while and they still bloom. It also helps to have the right spot for them, I have a north facing small sunroom off of my kitchen. They almost get too much light so I have to be careful with them.
We had a really windy day and now I need to pick up all of the limbs that fell on my newly mowed lawn.
Sorry I'm so late. I hope everyone had a good Sunday.
