What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?
You WILL get there. Stalls are ok, maybe even necessary sometimes. I'm doing good now because of my activity level, but for the last two weeks of December my weight didn't budge. And losing is SO SLOW for the last 10 pounds or so.

Thanks. It was a self-imposed stall from eating too much, but I have learned to forgive myself and move on. I am back to tracking and staying within my points. I WILL get to my goal!!

Good morning, everybody!
I couldn't see DD on TV yesterday. In College Gameday Football there is a stage with all the kids behind it holding signs, but for basketball they do the show in the arena and the kids are in their seats. Also, it was a white out so every kid was wearing matching white T-shirts. They did get cute basketball hats, which I will come back and share. And Chip and Joanna made an appearance.
Today we need to go over to Orvis to get a few things for our trip to Colorado on Thursday. The long range weather predicts 51 for the day that we will be fishing but I am going to bring plenty of cold weather gear no matter. If we don't need it that's is just a plus.
I'm feeling a little sore and tired today, so otherwise, I am going to take it easy.
QOTD: Our gardens vary from year to year. When we lived in Massachusetts, we did quite a lot of gardening. In Illinois it has been much less.
Breakfast: Chaffle
Lunch: Bratwurst
Snack: Cottage cheese
Dinner: Chili
Have a great day, all!

I've never been to a basketball game, but it looks fun. Each year we go to a different Big 12 football game together, this year we are going out to Lubbock to see Baylor play Texas Tech.

I will let you know when it gets closer. Did you see the Ravens player who ate the big steak in Amarillo this week? It was probably on your news.

I didn't see that but I've been avoiding the news due to political ads lol
that restaurant gives you free ribeye on your birthday. It always grossed me out...the thought of eating 72ozs of meat AND the sides. Let alone in an hour! Eww. I've heard of a 12 year old doing it too.

Basketball games are a lot of fun. I went to the Auburn-LSU basketball game a few weeks ago. Right now we are trying to hit all of the SEC stadiums for football. I have been to 9 of the 14. The way the scheduling goes, I will finish by 2025. After that, I will start hitting all the SEC basketball arenas.
I hope you guys have a great time in Lubbock!!

Good plan Jim! I never take the extra coat, snow scraper or gloves out of my car. If your son goes to school out here, one of the first things he'll learn is the weather forecast is just a guess...and usually a poor one at that. When I was in sales years ago, I used to joke that I wouldn't have made my first year if I forecast as badly as the weather people here.
March is our snowiest month..and it's the time we get the fun wet snow, usually right around the time we see leaves or buds popping out.
