Oh cool--I have seen all the xxUP movies, too and I didn't realize there was a new one. I want to find it!

I LOVED this one. LOVED it. Well, I've loved all of them, but especially this one. I connected with those people like I never have before. So many of them spent significant time on screen reflecting on their lives, talking about what they hoped to do in their remaining years, sharing the loss of loved ones - things I think about as well. It was interesting that in earlier films they all led these really divergent lives - and in this one most seemed to be on the same page. I'm not much younger than they are - so evidently we're all thinking about the same kinds of things when we get to that age. Anyway, it was powerful. It was on my mind all day yesterday. Definitely track that one down!
Morning weekenders! I took a bad fall in today's run and and nursing an injured knee and thigh. The thigh hurts far worse, any slight movement of that leg makes me wince. The knee is skinned, so that stings- I don't think I did any damage to knee itself though. So I'm staying bed bound until tonight when we're supposed to go to a engagement party. Not sure how long I'll be able to tolerate standing on my feet, or even wearing heels.
I'm 3 days in since getting tests done that's led me to increase my calories. I've had small losses each day, whereas I was at a total standstill. I'm being sensible- not eating ding-dongs and French fries. Nor am I increasing my quantity in a single sitting- I still recognize my restriction. So I'm adding an extra meal and/or snack throughout the day. So far so good.
qotd: yes I online shop, but there are certain items I prefer to see/buy in person. Activewear I prefer buying in person, makeup, (unless it's a regular product I use). I haven't shopped much lately cause I really don't need anything. I've never been on zulilly, mainly because I don't need to fall in love with another site. My online go-tos are amazon and Macy's, they see more of my disposable income than I care to admit.
m1: protein shake
m2: 2 scrambled eggs, turkey sausage crumbles and 2 cheese sticks
m3: leftover pulled pork and Mac & cheese
m4: ? At a party so who knows

Love the cat picture! Beautiful day here and I'm stuck inside not that I would be outside if I was home. I would be working on my quilt blocks. The one I'm working on now is a challenge. My seam ripper has gotten a lot of use. I thought about moving on to the next block, but decided to forge ahead and finish this one. I've had these block since 2007 for a block of the month club.
QOTD: Love ordering online....sometimes too much. QVC is my go to. Taking "advantage" of those easy pays; however, they do add up. I order from Amazon too but don't have a Prime account.
The Magnesium seems to be working well for my sleep.
Work today brought in Costco pizza. So glad I brought my lunch. That has to be the worse pizza ever.
Eats today:
Oatmeal w/almond milk, peanut butter
Premier shake
Lean Cuisine turkey, apple
Greek yogurt, blueberries, granola
Papa Murphy Hawaiian pizza (I know, not the best choice but I've not had a PM pizza this year.)

QOTD- Amazon Prime, and sometimes Walmart. I use the subscribe and save for quite a few things, especially the Delectable Delights for my cat.
The weather again is clear and sunny, but that is supposed to end this afternoon. I even got myself out and did a walk of 3.4 miles, which I haven't done in awhile. This afternoon it's the XFL for my new team the Seattle Dragons. I'm really tempted to go to a game since the tickets are so affordable, there are a couple of games in March I might attempt to go see.
My scale was kind, I actually thought I was up a couple of pounds but my NP said I was exactly the same as last month. But my scale has been varying wildly, and this morning was below 170 so I'll take it, even with the popcorn I ate last night, maybe my body is telling me I just need to move more and it will cooperate.
The clouds are coming in so I suspect the weather app was right.
My NP told me to try Melatonin 5mg time release for my insomnia, and I really did have a good nights sleep. First time in a long time.
Have a great day everyone!

Glad you got out for a walk--nice weather is a huge mood boost for me. And so happy to hear you got a good night's sleep, too :)
