Oh I really feel you on the sentiment of wanting to take a day off from being in a battle with obesity. But war is war, and there is no rest for the weary. I'm glad you are getting the upper hand again :)

I can't believe it is finally here. Yay for Friday!!!! Julia the socks are so clever. And I can not believe it's not butter. LOL

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber
MS: Oikos Triple zero Salted Caramel and Aldi snack selects white cheddar cranberry almonds
L: Turkey meatballs chick pea pasta grape tomatoes hunus
D: Portobello Mushroom chicken dinner salad and southern cook green beans.
Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium
Exercise: dinner with friends so not today

D - Turkey burger at the United Center (Go Hawks/ no Go Preds - ahhhhh)
S - Protein bar at the game with a few nuts

Yesterday we went out to dinner and the 45 year old bartender gave me his phone number! LOL! I left it there...
Today is gray and chilly here (60's). I'm thinking housecleaning and slipcover sewing may be the order of the day. It is a big contrast to yesterday when it was mid 80's and humid. Justice and I saw this little guy on our afternoon walk:
