What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?

Look at those sweet floofs!
Grim and I got our hands on every single Hitch**** movie ever made and we've decided to watch them all. It's an undertaking--there are a billion of them and not all are very well reviewed, but we figured it could be fun to make it a bucket list and get through them all!

QOTD: I can't think of anything offhand.im sure I will once I read everyone's answers! I'm still on deadline for work and did eat some dark chocolate last night and some almonds but didn't go over by much and the scale decided to drop- soooo- chocolate and almonds for you, and for you and for you!
weekend plans are all a mess right now- I may drive to GA tomm not sure what DH is doing but I think he is staying there next week which prob means I can get back on a workout schedule here.
I made roasted air fried wings last night they were yummy and I loaded up on veggies also. ever air fried celery? I did last night- it really just cooked it and softened it- which I actually prefer since raw tends to make me sick sometimes.
camper is gone and I'm heading to the bank TODAY after this meeting.

THOSE SOCKS ARE AWESOME! I think I just figured out my group gift for my CAH christmas party, lol. Where do you order such things?
I'm sorry about your niece; bad step parents make things very rough (i've been through a lot of them). She's lucky to have you and your mom...and when the parents suck, the extended family really can make a difference. My sister and I are very vocal that if we hadn't had the aunts/uncles and grandparents we had, our parents would have really screwed us up.
QOTD - it's not old but I really enjoyed The Artist from a few years ago. I also think the use of BW/limited color in Schindler's List was amazing and memorable. For oldies, I'd pick Casablanca.
Busy day at work, lots to get done this weekend but a short week for me next week so yay...also, will be 70 tomorrow, snow on Sunday and then a high of 26 on Tuesday. I really do love Colorado weather, it's such an adventure.
Menu today is coffee and tea all day
grain free english muffin with 1 tbs pistachio butter
4 oz ever roast deli chicken and slice cheddar
either a spicy sausage link or a RGF stuffed chicken breast
snack - it's not L&F but I found an Oikos greek Speculos Cookie yogurt that I will give a try tonight. I hope it's good
Speaking of speculos, apparently AA announced they are swapping the inflight biscoff cookies for oreo thins and people are very unhappy; it's pretty funny. I am happy because it's hard to resist those biscoff cookies.
No new photos today so I thought I'd share a twitter post that made me laugh this week.
Have a great friday and weekend everyone!

Hi everyone! I was very happy with the scale this morning - I am doing what I need to do and the scale is reflecting my efforts. Sometimes I get overwhelmed that I will have to literally battle obesity for the rest of my life - I wish WLS was an end all be all solution but for me, it got the weight off in one year and it's a daily effort...
BUT my effort is paying off and it's nice to feel in control again.
QOTD: nothing comes to mind! I am not really a movie watcher. When I have free time I love to read.
B: Iced coffee with half and half and sugar-free hazelnut syrup, 2 AmyLu andouille chicken sausage from Costco
L: I have to work from Panera for the afternoon so I am planning on sipping a sugar-free drink for a few hours and then having a Greek salad
D: Leftover turkey burger (no bun for me!)
E: Nada, it's a full day of work plus getting the kids plus taking Leah to gymnastics so there just isn't time. I am still on a high from my Zumba class this week that was so aerobic and so fun! I will go both days this weekend to classes, and bring my 17 year old stepdaughter - I treated her to a gym membership because she wants to exercise. It's nice to have something to do together!
Have a fab weekend, all! Tomorrow we set up our new king bed and it's pretty much a highlight of my life!!! LOL
Great job, Em!

Great job!! It's a constant battle but you are WINNING! I love how excited you are when you have the kids for the weekend; you're the kind of bonus family that they are lucky to have!
