they recommended for me to focus on keeping my heart rate at the lower side of my aerobic threshold during exercise, since at that rate the body will more likely burn fats. If my heart rate crosses to the anaerobic threshold- it would start burning a different fuel source (sugars) for energy. Its really is a mind trip to try and maintain a Lower heart rate during exercise, cause your mind thinks working out harder is better. My results were uploaded to an app, and if I buy a heart rate monitor compatible with it, it designs workouts that would target the heart rate I need. I'm not convinced I need another gadget just yet though.
so far the increase in calories has finally helped my move past my forever stall. I've had small, but consistent losses over the past 3 days, and even better my mind is so much more at ease knowing I have some wiggle room.
