Last year I was at home a lot and picked up 18 pounds (6.6 remaining to get back to that weight)

Ok I DO have suggestions for Savannah- and I vote to STAY home and relax! I like Hilton head way less but if you are really into bike riding and nature and golf and relaxing you will like it.

ok i'm back- had to test something really quick. had cauli oatmeal this morning hopefully it doesn't cause RH in a couple hours. I did ok yesterday but the day before the chia pudding my boss made - I had an episode. hard to tell what people put in things.
weight up 2 pounds- have been having too many chocolate cravings and giving in. good news is- camper is totally sold as of tomm night- bank has already written us a check from buyer and I'm so glad- Friday we get to go back to GA for the weekend so that is exciting also...
food today/ egg whites/ cauli oatmeal
chicken drumstick asparagus and mushrooms
not sure on dinner yet- was thinking fried rice for DH? not sure for me yet.

Looks like things are slowing down and your getting to a new normal. I bet with things winding down with the move and getting rid of the camper you'll be in a better place and in a better routine. Don't be hard on yourself. You got this. The hard part is over.

Sorry your feeling under the weather again. If you didn't get your flu shot you should definitely look into it for the next season. I don't know anyone who has been as sick as you this summer, fall, winter. I hope this passes soon for you.

Accountability: Awful I was Mrs Snacky Snackerson yesterday. Pork rinds , jerky, Parm crisps, and handfuls of cinnamon toast crunch. And No Gym
TSS: 2 years 2 Month 8 days 136.4 (lowest 130.8)
CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber
MS: Oikos Triple zero Blueberry and a Volpi .
L: Stuffed burger with smoked gouda bacon and dill pickles and 3/4 cup chick pea pasta with marinara sauce.
D: Chili
Water and vitamins: On track. I take a one a day multivitamin I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium
Exercise: 30 Minutes elliptical
