What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Hey Everyone! Back at it today... Ugh. I am not feeling it. Some weekends are so refreshing but this was not one of them. Not sure why--I wasn't too busy or anything, I just never completely rested or got myself organized for the week. I would give anything to crawl back onto bed.

Accountability: I really blew it. I had an awesome weigh on on Sat and was down 2.6lbs, but it went down hill from there. Sunday was not great, but okay... But Monday was really off plan. I am not psyched to go to work, but I am happy to get back onto a schedule/routine again.

QOTD: Help me plan a vaca! I am trying to plan a warm weather getaway with a friend some time in mid-March to mid-April. Where should we go?? We are up for anything--international, domestic, beachy, city... doesn't matter as long as it isn't too far to travel (from Boston) and that it is WARM! Hit me with your ideas :)

I am planning for way too much food for today, but again--I really want to keep my points low, so know I am over planning with low point stuff so I don't grab something bad.

Exercise: 1 hour on the stationary bike and hopefully a nice long walk if it's not raining (but it probably will be).

Good morning!! That meme---I've never eaten a pizza in the tub but can attest to how sad it is when you drop an Oreo in the bubble bath, lol. JB, I hope your Tuesday is great once you get going.

qotd - have you been to Curaçao? I loved it and should be direct flights from Boston, I think.

I had a brief Oscar fashion exchange with Sheila yesterday, she misses everyone and will be back with us on the menu thred soon, said to tell everyone HI!

I have consultants in today and tomorrow so my menu and schedule are all up in the air, so is my exercise. I actually cancelled my two Pilates classes tonight (have to cancel 12 hours in advance) but I have my close in the car, in case I can make it!

i am taking a cottage cheese, a cheese stick and a L&F so I'll have options but not sure if we'll do lunch and dinner or maybe not. I'm hoping not (is that bad?)?

have a great day!

Curaçao is next to Aruba and less populated (a plus in my mind). From Boston there are direct flights to Aruba, then a short hop over to Curaçao.

We were there for a week, such a lovely place. I've never been to Aruba or Bonaire, want to go though so I can say I've been to the ABCs, lol.

I think I would cry if I dropped my Oreo in the bubble bath!

Glad Sheila will be back soon, she is missed!

I hope your day flies by and that the consultants don't drive you crazy, have an awesome day!

Good morning...very early morning for me. It's going to be a long loooong day.

i got really upset yesterday. I want relief from pain but after 4 surgeries last year I just got to feeling sorry for myself. Then I had an aha moment. After making myself sick from eating crap I got to thinking who am I hurting? Me! Being mad at the world does nobody any good. So while I'm not going to strive for perfection I'm going back at it. I need to love myself more and especially FORGIVE myself a lot more. Not a damn one of us is perfect.

I have another injection tomorrow, not looking forward to the side effects.

qotd: I'd say Arizona but I'm not good at vacation stuff as I haven't been on one since I saw Green Day in Denver in the early 2010's(I forget the exact year).

B:hard boiled eggs, yogurt dip, coffee & sugar free creamer

S:popcorners protein crisps

L:maybe soup...not 100% sure

S:yogurt with mixed berries

D:salmon with roasted cauliflower.

I was thinking about you yesterday, Melody. I really hope that this treatment can bring you some pain relief.
