What's on your Saturday Menu, RNYers?
I eat a lot of the same things but with more variation at night. I think a lot of my weight bouncing about has to do with my variable bathroom habits (TMI, I know).
As always, you are an inspiration!

From one JB to another, you are so cute! Love the dress. Working today, all day, would rather be home working on a quilt project, but no pay for that.
Yesterday I went to Sam's. Purchased Premier Protein and Fair Life Core Power. Love the Core....delicious. Right now it's my favorite RTD. Last night I made a quiche, thought it was wonderful. Brought a piece for my breakfast today and it tastes different. I think it's heating in the microwave. This happens a lot. I make something, love it then next time around not so much.
QOTD: I used to watch Biggest Loser but thought the exercise requirements were way too much and how could anyone return to their normal life and maintain their weight. Apparently, many didn't. Sad because they worked so hard. I've tried to watch the new version with Bob Harper but just can't get into it. I watch 600 lb. Life once in awhile, but I don't like seeing the bathing or the bedroom scenes. That is way too personal. Watching their caregivers bring them all the wrong foods is something I don't understand. I get irritated with them when they see Dr. Now and don't follow his instructions. IMO, if you can't follow the doctor's orders when you're first starting the program, how can you follow after surgery.
Eats today:
Premier Protein; Quiche
Catered lunch, never know what until it's here. Brought egg salad & veggie straws just in case
Greek yogurt w/blueberries
Built Bar - maybe (loved the sample box I tried, but not liking my order....too sweet & sticky??)
Core Power
