so funny to see this when I got back on here - I was JUST thinking about you like five minutes before and was going to send a message to Julia wondering if she'd heard from you lately!

that is awful and really sad about that guy. Even though society is more accepting of LBQTQA folks now, I'm sure that still happens way too often.

You totally need to buy a lottery ticket! The fact that you were thinking of me 5 mins before well that is just crazy coincidental, you are lucky! Life has been good I have just been busy but I need to get back to my OH peeps! Hope you are well!

I totally agree about how in 2020 most people seem more accepting of the LGBTQ community but it sure was not talked about or accepted in the small farming town I grew up in and for sure not accepted in 1985 when this happened, so sad.

Nice to see you! I've missed you! I'm in awe of your maintenance over more than 6 years.

So sad about your friend. It used to be really difficult for people to be themselves. Sometimes that is true now but not as often.

Its good to see you too Liz, I hope you and Justice are enjoying the Florida sun and sand/sea

Maintenance oddly gets easier for me as the years go by... I found year 4 really hard and then year 5/6 a breeze. I will be 7 years this Fall on Nov 15/2020, I have made peace with my food addiction.

I think unfortunately even in 2020 its still hard for some people to truly be themselves, maybe we will get there one day!

Good morning, Happy Friday Eve!

QOTD - My senior year, a freshman committed suicide on campus. It wasn't a scandal, but it screwed a lot of us up. I didn't know her, but I cried for her because I didn't understand not having SOMEONE to talk to. I still think about her, to this day.

Breakfast - hot tea, fasting until noon

Lunch - Chipotle bowl, vegan from Costco. Steamed zucchini and squash.

Snack - frozen fruit smoothie, frui****er, chia seed and oat milk

Snack - 1/2 peanut butter/jelly/granola sammich

Dinner - Beyond burger meatloaf, salad and scalloped potatoes

I hope you guys all have a great day!

Christina

Let it begin with me.

Good morning JB and Menuers;

Sorry I have not been present but catching up here at work is not as easy as I hoped.

I been having severe foot cramps for the last couple weeks and the only thing new is the thyroid meds. Dr. insists it is not that and told me to add magnesium. I'll see but been having a lot of trouble sleeping waking up every hour jumping out of bed to stretch. I am still on 80 to 100 oz of water so I am positive it is not dehydration. Praying Magnesium helps.

The Meme today was my motto as an obese person. I called myself the dyslexic anorexic I looked in the mirror and thought I was skinny.

QOTD: I was not tuned into HS but I do remember some girl pressing charges against a few of the athletes for rape after a drunken night of partying. No one really believed her because she did not have the best reputation prior to the incident and none of the boys were ever prosecuted. Very sad for all involved.

Accountability: Ugh to many peanuts last night.

TSS: 2 years 2 Month 2 days 137.6 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos triple zero coconut creme some peanuts and an quest bar.

L: Real good Stuffed Chicken with broccoli and cheddar and a Volpi

D: Real good bacon wrapped stuffed chicken.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a one a day multivitamin I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: Not tonight But I am so missing the spin class they had in the pool and paddle board yoga at the resort

Everybody have a day!

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

I got to decompress after 4 years of no vacation. I may have overdone it on the drinking a bit (coconut Ciroc) on the rocks. I didn't want to add calories. I could have used another week but I wanted to save some days for OH conference.
