What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Yeah, I think that the QOTD is the magic of it all, right? I mean, I definitely read people's menus because I am always looking for good ideas, but the connections to you all as people, not just your menus, is what is most valuable to me.
hi all
well - I'm in a no sleeping cycle which means its very hard to get to gym cause I'm soooo exhausted. not good. today DH has a DR apt then we are meeting for lunch at a brunch like place. I think I will have egg white omelet and not sure what else.
man- i'm tired... hope I make it.
QOTD: just this board really but started back on support group here in TN.
food plan:
coffee with premier caramel
chicken breast/avocado/light bread
water
more water
the egg white omelet thing
not sure on dinner but I'm going by earth fare maybe after lunch and getting the sleeping herbal stuff I was taking before to help me sleep- I ran out and switched to another brand and it sucks.
Good morning, everybody!
I think we are supposed to get a storm tonight. I kept hearing storm watches in the background, but never really sat down to check. I will have to look at the online weather after this. I am really starting to be ready for Spring. I've only been back from vacation for 6 weeks and I'm already starting to think about next vacation, sigh. I am going to Colorado in a couple of weeks to visit college with my son, so that should be a nice break.
I hate the Mookie Betts trade. You don't get better by trading a generational talent. And the thought that they could trade him now, pick up assets, and re-sign him at the end of the year? It's getting caught up in an overly complicated trap of their own making. I.e. what happened on every episode of Scooby Doo.
QOTD: Nope, just OH and Crossfit. I went on on another site and it seemed like half of the people were trying to hook up and the other half wanted to know when they could start eating Ho Ho's again. Wasn't looking for either.
Breakfast: ham and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Beef
Snack: nuts
dinner: Bratwurst
Have a great day, all!

We have a manager position open, you know! You sound like you have a strategy. Have you applied?
I bleed Dodger Blue, and don't know how I feel about the trade. Don't know that I like someone who cheated their way to a world series win at our expense wearing Dodger Blue. It may take me a while to be ok with it. The one thing I do hope is that Betts isn't just a rental. We went through that with Manny Machado. Too much fanfare for too little return (actually no return if you look at how he played in the World Series) Anyway, let me know if you want the Mookie bobblehead that will inevitably show up (actually surprised it's not the first homestand, but that was reserved for Max Muncy and the "go fi**** out of the ocean" pose. I know, I know, TMI . . .
On the bright side, if Verdugo stays healthy, he's fun to watch and has a bright future.
I think that you will like him. My sister named her cat "Mookie."
