Morning! I have a busy day of meetings, which I'm glad for as it makes the day go by faster. The weekend was relaxing. We had Sushi on Saturday evening and I played a LOT of Zelda on the Switch.
QOTD: I wouldn't go, as none of it means anything to me!
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x2 & a Latte
- Spaghetti Squash Waffle (Squash, Egg, Cheese, Crumbled Bacon)
- Meatballs & Sauce, Cheese, Strawberries
- Stuffed Bell Peppers (Peppers, Rice, Sauce, Corned Beef)
My hip has been feeling better but will randomly just start hurting again. I don't get it.

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our 3.6 miles in and didn't get snowed or rained on so that was good. We'll do another mile later today. Accountability was perfect for food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.4. QOTD don't think I'd go. Not a fan of crowded spaces or movies so I would probably be bored out of my mind. Here's the food plan for today B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 31/2 oz chicken salad D 2 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup. Family is having ribs and I'm not a fan. Something about the texture I think. If pancakes don't sound good I'll have chicken salad again. Have a great Monday full of smart and healthy choices everyone!
I went to Auburn for the Auburn-LSU basketball game over the weekend and had a blast. I did not track and did not worry about what I ate. I was up 1 pound on the scale but I know I will lose it this week.
QOTD: As long as we are dreaming here, I would take Lenny Kravitz to the Oscars. I just think he is the most handsome man on the planet.

OK I have to say pre WLS I used to never put my jeans in the dryer, I always air dried them and was afraid they would shrink. Now I always dry them and rarely need to do the lunging to make them fit, so I figure that is a win.
QOTD- I'd skip it, I love movies but my social anxiety would probably not allow me to enjoy them. I'm with you Jen on Joker I absolutely hated it and wish I had never seen it. I love Ford V. Ferrari and 1917, haven't seen Marriage Story or Parasite. My counselor is a member of SAG and she gets all the movies so she can vote on them, so she is going to lend me some.
I came into work today and there was no heat, I was tempted to turn around and go home. I don't do well in the cold especially when you are working at a computer all day. They finally got it turned on but it still isn't really very warm, I wear long underwear on the bottoms daily, just light weight ones. My hands freeze, my core stays fairly warm but it doesn't take much for me to get chilled. So not starting the week off very good.
I've quit taking the prozac, it was exasperating my insomnia and was waiting for the insurance to approve the expensive medication. They did but my portion for the co-pay would be over $300 a month, so I told them to forget it. Not sure what we will try next if anything. I guess I just have to live with the anxiety and depression. Yes I'm one of those that has weird reactions to many drugs, not sure what else to do.
I went to Costco on Saturday, of course I forgot a couple of the things I went there for. Did the rest of my grocery shopping on Sunday and also forgot some things. I have a shopping list on my phone but I didn't use it, I'll have to make sure I do in the future.
My annoying cat did not wake me at 2AM or 4AM like he has been doing. He's an old guy and I love him but he is now deaf and doesn't hear how loud he is. I don't know what he wants when he wakes me, other than to be fed which I don't do until I'm actually up for the day.
Have a great day everyone!

I take Zoloft for anxiety but have taken Prozac and Lexapro. Occasionally, I take half a Xanax. I'm a worrier and seems like there's always something I worry about. I also have trouble sleeping. Wondering if the Zoloft might be part of that, but I would think my doctor would know if that might be a problem. I take O-T-C sleep meds every night. If I don't I won't get any sound sleep. Doctors tell me I shouldn't take sleep meds all the time, but what am I to do? I need sleep. I've had sleep studies. Before WLS I had sleep apnea but not any more. I do have restless legs but I don't think that's the problem.
Hope you find an affordable med. My husband takes a lot of meds. Doctors are always prescribing drugs that are way too expensive.
