Edir: An American Silver Centrum in Brazil is like 150 dolars.
I don't know if you could order Centrum on Amazon and have it shipped to Brazil. I buy my vitamins from unjury.

Don't know if they would ship to Brazil.

Cris, given the import costs/taxes, before you do that see if you can find a local vitamin that meets the needs. I found this easy reference sheet (by celebrate) that took the 2016 vitamin recommendations and made it easy to view. Compare your local vitamins to it and then adjust your number of vitamins accordingly.

You can also search for ASMBS vitamin guidelines and it brings up the original doc but it's a lot to sort through. You could take it to your doctor and review and maybe they can help you find the best option

If you can't find a local equivalent, then go the import route, if you can. It would be an investment in your long term health, just as the surgery was! Hopefully, you will be able to find something there though

If I were in Brazil, I would look for a good multivitamin, i.e. prenatal (they are designed for woman during pregnancy), o r overall the best multi-vitamin I could find.
I am in US, and currently is use multi-Vit an equivalent to Centrum silver. I use 2 per day, one in the morning, one in the evening.
Then I add individual vitamins that I know my body needs more than any multi can provide. I use dry form of Vit D3, dry form of Vit A, and dry form of vitamin K2.
Based on my past years results, I know my body doesn't keep stored B12, and the sublingual B12 just don't work for me. My doc prescribed B12 injection and I get that (I inject myself). At one time my B1 was low, and that is a critical vitamin, so I now take an additional 100mg B1 4-5 x a week.
I also added a fish oil capsule, or special formula of it, but I know that I don't know if absorb that very well.

Not sure how much are the vitamins you posted the link to in Brazil, but they seem expensive.
Don't you have a friend in USA that can get you the Centrum vitamin and mail that to you?
