What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

I had one of those weeks about two weeks ago and had to take myself away from online things. It took a while to wear off, lol.

Good morning, happy Hump Day!
QOTD - Hmm. I can't think of any actors that really turn me off that badly...But I will say I will automatically GO see a movie or watch something if Sam Elliott is in it. All these years, and he's still my biggest crush...
Breakfast - none, hot tea, fasting until noon
Snack - Fruit smoothie, frozen fruit, chia, water and oatmilk
Lunch - Having tea time with a small group of "ladies who tea" today. Local place called MadHatters. I plan on having more hot tea, some small finger sandwiches or soup, something I can find that is plant based. Thankfully I think their menu is pretty varied.
Snack - Pear, pretzels, hummus
Dinner - Roasted veggies (potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms) and a salad. I made a pork loin roast and veggies in crock pot for husband and mother in law, so I will be eating all the veggies!

Sam Elliott is the man! Did you see him on Justified when he had SHAVED that glorious mustache? He looked fine, still, but it was Proof that it's the voice, lol

Oh Justified is a fantastic show; it was on FX but is now on Amazon Prime -- it's about a US Marshall in Kentucky and is so good. I've never recommended it to anyone that didn't love it. If you get a chance to check it out, I bet you would love it too! (And he's in Season 3 or 4 I think)

Good morning menu friends! Snow is predicted for today here in the cornfields of Illinois and it was sleeting as Miss Lily and I finished up our 3.7 miles. We'll try to get another mile in later too. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.4 today. No cheating but I didn't get enough fluids so that's the goal for today. QOTD I hate Tom Cruise but love Tom Hanks and Sam Elliot. Here's the food plan for today B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz seafood salad D 4 oz burger with cheese and no bun. Have a wonderful Wednesday full of smart and healthy choices everyone !
