I kind of bounce around all over the place. Here are my last 2 weeks: 19, 37, 16, 30, 13, 15, 15, 33, 19, 19, 35, 36, 18, 11. I guess that averages to 21.8 (interesting).

It's good to know! I used to average my calories so I guess it makes sense to do it with points to get a handle on what is working.

hey all

went to the earth fare near me as it is closing already- up to 30% off and man the parking lot was full. I had already gone to the gym so needed to do something other than sitting on the couch. I was going to get extra steps in at other gym and get a hydro massage but that didn't happen. I did make IP yogurt last night and ate some roasted chicken wings and veggies.

today's plan

cauli oatmeal with protein powder

coffee with premier

water

herbal tea

more coffee

roasted wings and maybe the rest of the riced cauli? not sure on this

support after work at 5:30- planning on going to gym after work but before support which means I MAY go to the support in my gym clothes lol- don't care.

QOTD: no not really- but my sister hates jack Nicholson- when she was preggo as good as it gets came on and she was like I can****ch this- and I said well tooooo bad- then she started bawling... no I'm not a mean person it was her preggo brain.

Good morning JB -- whoo-hoo on your success with WW and good luck on your new exercise plan.

Exercise wise, I much prefer to work out in the morning so I do the stuff I don't love then....but I do like my pilates/yoga classes enough that I do drag myself to them after work. I'm dropping my boxing gym this week because the only convenient classes are at night....and I won't go; I finally admitted it to myself now I just need to cancel.

QoTD -- for me there are 3...and one of them is also why I will never join WW. Gwenyth Paltrow, Tom Cruise and Oprah Winfrey. I was never a GP fan but between her Shallow Hal "valentine for overweight people" and the "wellness" pseudo science she sells, I give her none of my movie $; Tom Cruise, well, everyone knows, and I have been anti-Oprah for decades -- I noticed that every time she got skinny, she lost the capacity for empathy with anyone that hadn't also gotten skinny too. Shame because I think she does really understand the struggle, because you know she lived it, but rather than being supportive to people still struggling, she took a different path. Anyway, those are the three that are deal breakers for me.

Today's plan of attack

Ex -I signed up to do a virtual Mt Fuji walk on my elliptical, it's split over 7 sessions and I'm going to start that today.

Menu - coffee, coffee and more coffee (I had a 5 am conference call so have been working since 4) so more coffee too.

B - cottage cheese and 1 oz hazelnuts

L - 4 oz ever roast deli chicken and .9 oz cheddar

D - not sure yet, maybe RGF jalepeno poppers

ES - light and fit greek

Have a wonderful wednesday everyone!

GP....gotta agree with you 100%! Every time I hear about her, like a candle scented like her vagina, I cringe!

Whoa. I thought we could become friends IRL, but then you dissed OW!!!!! Noooo!

I will admit that her WW commercials are cringe-worthy. Shouting that she loves bread and chips make me angry every time. But other than that I think she can do no wrong. I am still angling at how to be her BFF.

But Paltrow is SUCH an asshat.

But I share your love of the indomitable Ms. Parton so that has to help us be IRL friends...and we can hate Gwenyth together
